Thought I'd post this while we are talking about it...This is the trip from her office to home...so for someone to go check on her was a pretty quick trip.

BONITA SPRINGS, FL -
Investigators are looking into at least fifteen tips in the murder of Dr. Teresa Sievers last week.

Early Thursday morning, Sievers' husband, Mark, announced online that the money raised in the ******** account set up in her memory will be donated to Good Shepherd Ministries of Fort Myers - one of the doctor's favorite charities. It's raised about $18,000 so far.

Short article . This is all thats new.

One thing I found odd about this case that you don't see too often in similar cases was the presence of "Statewide Security" at the crime scene. From reports, it appears these security personnel were given access to inside the home with the investigators. Had Dr. S hired these guys for personal security?? Anyone else find this strange? This leads me to believe she knew her life was possibly in danger.

Not much in this one. Confirmed that officers arrived just before 10 .

I believe "statewide security" is the company that handles her home security system.

ETA: yes, they are monthly home and business security system monitoring.

Or that she recognized her home was in a diverse neighborhood in terms of lower/middle/higher income homes where crime is a real possibility.

Someone is Jewish-- her husband, I think?

Her funeral eulogy was given by a female pastor from a progressive catholic church (never heard of that before...)

Are you saying that LE has stated they changed their minds that the perp/perps had a connection to the victim? Or are you saying that you disagree with them based on your own online investigation? Just catching up here!

I was saying that I agree with the LE statements of the perp/perps knowing the victim and in looking for various paths of 'connectivity' (LE term), I think someone who knew her, well or not, took advantage of knowing the family was out of town. And depending on how many perps were involved, may have also taken advantage of knowing she was coming back into town early.

Here is the website to statewide security. http://www.sseii.com/

Nobody else finds it strange that these guys had gloves and booties on and were inside the perimeter of a crime scene with the investigators?

At first I thought it was odd that they let them in...then I thought..they could verify if the system was working or had been tampered with...they could repair it if the security around the "pried door" had been compromised.

Apparently, the security alarm failed to sound. It was mentioned in great detail on NG tonight. They will be a major witness in this case if it proves to be evident that either the alarm was deactivated remotely from a cell phone, Internet device or malfunctioned. This is why the Siever brothers were out testing it on July 4th per the neighbors. -- per NG

I think LE had them out to access the security system and had them wear gloves and booties to not contaminate the crime scene.

I'm also assuming that they want to mitigate any possible liability for their company. They were hired to protect home and family and they failed. They will want to confirm the reason for the breach in security wasn't a result of negligence, or a corrupt employee, etc.

Well MSM seems to be at least talking about the connection to the other two holistic doctors deaths.
There are also reports that Doctors Bradstreet and Hedendal had been contacted by federal authorities in the days leading up to their deaths.

Bradstreets was a search related to an experimental drug for autism.

about Hedendal

I suppose that would be a book and movie deal if there was a connection. But I dont see a connection.
