Did you read the transcipts of the interviews in the discovery documents? It covered all of the contact and interviews she had with LE. Transcibed word for word.

I find it interesting, people previously (and some still) defending NK's actions because she's "young". Thirty shouldn't be considered an immature age IMO. By 30, most people have been working (paid or unpaid i.e. raising children) anywhere from 8 to 14 years, depending on further education. Previous generations of women without access to birth control and/or further education or careers would have had many, many children by 30, all being well with fertility. Where on earth, literally, is a 30 year old not expected to know right from wrong or know that laughing during a missing persons/murder enquiry is inappropriate? She has problems, but not from a lack of time on this earth IMO.

The museum trip was with her dad who helped her remember - which I understand not being able to recall everything immediately. She repeatedly said she did not want to give Jim’s last name
“Leavveee Jimmm oooutt of thiiiss”.

Like she thought she was calling all the shots. I imagine Rourke is probably very happy he doesn't have to use her for a star witness in a trial. JMO, if CW had been able to afford a pit bull defense attorney, they may have gone right after NK and tried to diminish his responsibility by blaming her. JMO.

She scrubbed her phone after seeing news reports of a missing family. I’m still trying to find her first contact with any LE and if it was her reaching out or responding. I think I know the answer. Her first interview wasn’t until 8/15, am I right? If anyone I knew had missing family members, I’d be at the police station with my phone, a key to my house and contact info for every person I know IMMEDIATELY. It seems to me that her interview was negotiated. If there is any evidence contrary to that, I’d love to see it and change my mind.

I’ve got to stop this, and sit back and wait for more evidence to come out. It’s seems that I’m repeating myself, and it’s taking too much time and space on here at WS. As for the delay in contacting LE, NK said she thought at first, SW took off because she was upset with CW, but after watching the porch interviews, listening to CW’s words and watching his demeanor, and then learning about Nico, NK realized CW was lying. I’m 53 and I was a clueless, immature, selfish moron at 30. Still slightly f’ed up but making progress & doing more good than harm everyday. Glad I’m not being judged by my worse actions 20 years ago.

ETA: I would never, ever protect a man with a missing family. OMG never. I can see how I was misinterpreted and I apologize.

It's not even that they released that one pic (and I'm not sure what else is in these latest releases). And I'm not sure the causes of the release, but I did see some people in some places (not necessarily here) commend this as investigators chance to see she didn't get off entirely without some sort of "punishment."

Yes! I have been wanting to mention that. I also think it interesting SW texted her friends and told them the baby was a boy and his name was going to be Niko Lee but said do not tell anyone or post it on social media because CW wants to do it Monday. There has been a lot of speculation about the name Niko Lee being CW's choice because of NK's name. I think this was a sick joke on SW in his mind-- He thought no one would ever be told that baby name. He could laugh at SW's expense for agreeing to name the baby after his mistress and no one would ever know! It's sheer evil. CW didn't think SW would tell her friends. But she did because she really wasn't trusting CW's actions and wanted to celebrate a happy moment. She may have been doubting the Monday gender reveal would happen due to the erratic way CW had been acting and figured no sense in keeping the name a secret.

I agree with you -- such a cruel "joke" but I think it goes to show how little he knows about friends and friendships.... people communicate and share what's important! My understanding is that he had very few friends himself...

And guess what? She had the right to be scared.

For example, her text to her friend CN.

First, that woman, CN, is not involved in a crime. Her bad luck that she is NK's friend, but why the heck her sexual interests are known to the whole world? She is not guilty.

Think how it might affect her future job, her kids, ten years from now.

She was the recipient of the message, why is her name everywhere?

So I understand that with such an intimate relationship as in CW and NK's case, the police has the right to suspect NK, OK, offer a polygraph test, and if she refuses, then you have a possible case. Maybe.

But if you don't...Well, NK is not the greatest person, but if she is not complicit except for sleeping with a married guy who belongs in Bedlam, her life is messed up already.

In posting it, I am not specially concerned about NK. I am concerned about the abillity of our public to cooperate with the police and FBI, if they are not sure if their privacy will be protected. Think of it.

Cooperation is required in a police or FBI investigation. It's not an option.
