My DH was watching some of the interview with me over dinner tonight, and he said, "Who is this rooster?" LOL!!! I said, "Foghorn-Leghorn." :floorlaugh:

As soon as I eat my very own :cupcake: thwartcake (and thanks for thinking of me as you ate one for both of us) I'm going looking for Mason to give him a piece of my mind....:bigfight: :woot:

Probably 4 if only one hour.......will scan the rest of the day for new content.
(But, I have to listen twice, so don't THWART me and only give me one cake per pain! BTW -- he mutters thwart in part two!)
(OMG -- I reviewed the tape for quality and it seems my DVR has a recommendation for the subject of the interview about 1:49 ish!......let me know if anyone wants me to re-do this)

I cannot watch him. He is so insulting all the time. It's not the Jury's fault if he is defending guilty criminals. So he's concerned about Jurors with an 'agenda' - I am more concerned about Defense Attys with an agenda, the sole purpose being to 'win' and no matter if the person is guilty of a hideous crime or not.

FYI: I went ahead and did the interview with Bob Kealing as it was really the most interesting part of today's coverage......that is uploading now then we will finish CM.
 
Most of us have come to the conclusion that there is no defense. This is not being said with tongue-in-cheek. There will be no defense. They don't have to put on a defense. They can rest. I say they will rest after the State's case.

If by chance they have to call somebody for clarification, it will be moot since the State can cross examine. The DT is preparing for Cross Examination Only...IMO. All their efforts will be on cross and the rest of their efforts are saved for the penalty phase.

I think they will actively go with the Accidental Death defense. We have had a few clues to that as recent heads up. LKB saying Casey was obviously lying about the nanny was one big heads up. Then today on In Session, C Mason says outright it was a 'tragic accident.' That clearly implies, imo, that the DT is going to go with the Accidental Death scenario. They will try and make Casey the victim of over zealous prosecutors, unfair police investigations, and abusive parents. imoo
 
INTERMISSION -- and the best part of Today's coverage, IMHO. (Second hour loading now - expect 4 to 5 segments, they interrupt that hour more.)
