I'm not very tech savvy, but don't IPhone 4's have the ability to give an exact accounting, based on GPS - not pings-, of where the phone has been? If the data on the phone is retrievable, then it should allow LE to see exactly when that phone left DS's and exactly what journey it took prior to being powered down.

I think Sparky even posted an article about this feature a few days ago. I can't quote the post right now, but I believe this is true.

If so, someone is freaking out tonight.

I would love to know when this occurred and why...because there is a reason and it may relate to Michelle's case. It seems there is movement in this case...Waiting with baited breath.

On November 29th, DCF took the children for Dale and put them in the custody of their grandmother. On November 30th the children were put back in the custody of Dale.

FOX has been reporting this same information wrong for days.

If in fact, DCF took the children again, the media would be all over it!

I was so hoping this would happen. Yvonne is a very, very nice person and IMO the best to have custody at this point. I'm glad they got the trust set up. Not only will the kids benefit from the donations but it will help with any legal costs to keep them with Michelle's family so they are safe and loved.

Just saying...there was a hearing or DFCS had reason to remove them again. OR...Jr agreed to it.

What type of data will they be able to retrieve? Anyone know?

GPS data would be significant, IMO. They could tell for instance what time she arrived at the condo of DS Jr and what time the phone left. Also what route that the phone took when it left the condo.

Best case scenario as far as phone data would be that the phone accompanied the perp on the disposal of MP and was then disposed of after.

I would assume that LE has gotten no death scents. I know they are remaining tight lipped, but it would be cruel to not inform the family and give them false hope for so very long. To me that means Michelle was alive whenever ...whatever happened.

If DS had done something to her in the home and driven her vehicle, there would be an indication of a deceased person in the vehicle or in his home.

That leads me to believe she was alive when she was possibly disposed of. (I really hate writing that)
I believe she is in the water and she was alive when she went in.

I agree that she probably wasn't killed (if she is indeed no longer with us) in Dale's house or transported in her or Dale's vehicles. Surely they would have had dogs check this. My gut is saying she is not in water. I still think if Dale did this he did not act alone. I don't see how it's possible when he had the twins.

I don't think phone records would show the text of the texts. In the KC case they Amy H had a phone that saved a crazy number of texts which is how LE got to see all of those.

My son was able to get a complete list of his text from the phone company for court when his ex was "obsessed" and would let go. He just has a standard Motorola cellphone, not a iPhone.

Lil Texas has a map showing where. Under a bridge about halfway between Dale Jr and Dale Sr. is all I remember.

Okay, taking it back to the basics..

Looking at the map and taking out all of the extras

1.) Dale Jr. house
2.) Phone found
3.) Dale Sr. House
4.) Hummer found

...all of these line up. Connect the dots. Can we get our wonderful map guru to break us down this simple map pretty please??

I think the cell provider has access to the texts, word by word. When my daughter lost her phone, we thought it might have been stolen at a party. We went to Sprint and asked if someone else was using her phone and the guy went on the computer and read to us the most recent texts that had been sent, word for word.

They did this also in the Alisha Debolt preliminary hearing. Had a communications specialist with the KBI testify to all the texts going back and forth from both phones.

There are many paralels with this case and the ca case, I've had one thought all along that leads to ds' premeditation. Imo, what if ds2 had chloriform ready when she arrived to drop the twins off?
