I mean seriously, is he trying to say Casey was intimidated by men in police uniforms? Ugh.
This witness reminds me of Taye Diggs for gosh sakes. Nothing intimidating about that unless she was awstruck.

apparently men in uniforms are intimidating and ICA was so afeared of them... ! UNLIKELY!

Unless, of course, they were young cadets from OCSD in uniform....seems I recall she "had" a few of them..... :floorlaugh:

Oh, and a uniformed man currently living 20 Palms...

aggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

this is poor poor casey...so terribly intimidated by these BIG bad officers who were, in UNIFORM!

So an officer testifying in a suit and tie instead of his uniform is not grounds for a mistrial?

CM is acting like an <modsnip>. Very defensive in his questions. Like he is accusing this officer of something. jmo

Now CM is implying that KC was returned by LE to a house where she was being held against her will.

The deputies were called to the Anthony home by the Anthony family. ICA was not under arrest at this point so no need to do read her her rights.

CM is trying to make it look that by doing their job, LE was somehow doing something underhanded and offensive. :banghead:

Only problem is that CM is coming off underhanded and offensive.:loser:

whats this got to do with anything? This CM is a bore. Don't know why he has a reputation as a hot shot. She should have told the officers what happened to her kid. Whats this 'big bad officer' stuff. Most people would tell them.

CM is trying to make it look that by doing their job, LE was somehow doing something underhanded and offensive. :banghead:

That's called judging others by your own standards...

This officer's unflappable calm is really undercutting the insinuations CM is trying to get across.

And for those who can't see - and yes I'm still peeved about it, Mason threw his arms out to the side, WHY, WHY, why aren't you in uniform??? GEEZE. What a disgustiong display MASON.

Are you sure he wasn't flapping his wings? He DID say he was an "old bird"

According to CM it was a CAGE Casey got out of...........not the back seat of the car.

If I am a juror, I am fixing to be ticked that the DT is going to throw the police under the bus now. This defense is so over used, in my juror mind.

Where are we going with this?
Is she being held there under guard or waiting for more help to find her daughter?
