And there is something I agree with Baez about and that is that this family IS strange.
They lie about everything.
And because of the lies of George, Cindy & Lee in addition to the inmate, THIS is what can trip up the jury.

Please remember that JB is in violation of the order as well. He wasn't saving JA, he was trying to save his own behind as well. Rest assured had he not reacted in front of the jury and held it together, he would be screaming for every sanction available against JA after jury left room.

While we are on break, I just want to say that I will not do the transcript for Mr. Cheney's part of the closing argument. I have no idea what he says while he's speaking due to mumbling, word chewing, etc.

From a DT perspective the one thing that JB did right in this case when he accused GA of all his so called crimes was put him in a defensive position during all of his testimony and cross examination. I would be defensive even if I was 100% honest!

Wow. Just wow. I am quite shocked over JB saying he did not want JA to be held in contempt. Also, I will say again that JA was not laughing. He had his hand over his mouth to keep from laughing.

I am very relieved.

I wonder if there even was reason to hold him for contempt. Just leave an impression on the jury.
