Maybe someone used them as slaves before killing them? Or it could be a religious killing possibly?
 
Okay so I've been researching all four of them and I have a theory, since three of them where involved in prostitution and one was not, I think maybe they all had a "Client" in common or possibly the same boss? Who may of got angry at them for some reason, maybe they stopped seeing the "client" and he snapped, then poor Molly Jean Dilts (The one with no prostitution on her record) maybe saw someone kill the others therefore the killer killed before she could tell anyone or another theory is a sick "client" once he hired someone he killed that prostitutes after he used them. Maybe Molly Jean Dilts WAS a prostitute she just never got caught and then she was victim of the sick "client".
 
I believe we know this man... Know where he lived in 2007 and I know where his foot fetish and anger towards prostitutes came from... This is a lot right now.

I believe we dealt with him in 2007 in Atlantic City. When I was directed to S. T. A. L K. incs partial profile I was sick to my stomach and when I read it to the woman I worked with who saw him even more often... She cried, realizing how close she came. He has an extreme foot fetish... That is what he pays for.. You get a pedicure and he massages your feet for about 20 minutes. Everything in his apartment is arranged in groups of 4...plants candles pictures etc. He also wants you to admire and comment on his pedicure. When he was young his mom would leave him to "work" and his sister babysat but he often acted up so she would "reward" him for behaving by letting him paint her toenails and massage her feet which creates a sexual reaction for him.... That he obviously both enjoyed and felt ashamed about. He said he hated what his mom did and being left "alone" and I think he blamed her for what happened with the sister. He also said she was a single mom because his dad was very abusive. He lived in an apartment not far from the Trump Casino... The victims would have been facing dead at his area and he was extremely regimented in when he saw us. Same time same place same day of the week always. Sock and underwear drawers and closet etc... All arranged color coded...meticulous... Very OCD

The fourth more likely than not was involved in prostitution...she doesn't need to have a record for it... Believe me you'd be shocked by how many soccer moms teenage girls and just everyday working women take part even sporadically for many different reasons

It really sounds like you may be onto something.

I've gone through this evening, and read this entire thread. I'm new to WS and it caught my eye.

I was ready to post some of my ideas on the case, and then I read your response.

What was the organization you were working for dealing with the individual you described?

No organization...and even if... Certainly couldn't be named here... But trust me... It's him. I had a feeling until I contacted the woman I worked with.. Read her the partial profile from S. T. A. L. K. and she literally cried...he even explained where n how the foot fetish came about as a child. I did try and contact ACPD....they don't care. They didn't care then and they don't care now. Said it was too long ago for them to track him... Smh

Well I would feel better about that if they would attempt to track him and build a case against him because he cannot stop himself..its a compulsion....he can't stop anymore than an addict could just not use.. Impossible. He's out there.. Right now... Hunting and when the conditions are right or the urge becomes overwhelming he Will kill again. Very scary

It just makes me sick to my stomach thinking how close we really were... And I felt very safe with him probably safer than with most people.... SMH.... He can be very personable and really put you at ease... I mean besides the oddfoot thing but trust me... That was mild compared to some things we'd see and heard
