Was there anything missing from the room where it looked like furniture had been moved.
Can someone later say it was an accident, she fell and hit her head on something.
What if that something is now missing, perhaps buried or disposed of in some other way

I would like to think that wheelie bins in the area were checked and people asked to look out for anything that had been put in their bins.

Maybe she had her phone on her person and in the panic Borce forgot to look for it and turn it off. He may have only realised when he got to his destination. Just my speculation.

That is what I always thought would/could be the case. Karen had her phone and was doing a runner from her hubby.
Since hearing SR say she last saw her mum in her pj's and that her work clothes were out ready, I am now wondering whether SR is supporting Borce in saying Mum had her black pants and jacket out ready for work. Therefore, supporting what Borce claims to have last seen Karen dressed in when she left via garage or another door to head off for her walk.

Or was it a bit early to be dressing for work?

Why would Borce turn his phone off just 2 minutes (11:09) before cruising through the Diggers Rest cctv's? But leave Karen's on for another 31 minutes?
If as the police say Karen was incapacitated or murdered at the house than Borce seems to have made the choice to take her phone on the drive.

And what would make him drive past his Sons street 3 minutes later...
It always made me wonder was he going stitch Anthony up...
You can get to Mount Macedon staying on the hwy...... why go that way.

Yes I must say I have always leaned toward stitch up.
Why did he take that exit from the Calder?
The cctv and phone pings at Sunbury are interesting, as well.

I think Karen's phone was intentionally taken for the ride with a view to disposal.
Panic makes people overlook things.
Those darn pings.

Sarah Ristevski couldn’t sleep. She’d been checking her phone through the night to see if her mum, Karen, had called after not coming home a day earlier.

At 5.30am Sarah phoned again but got no answer. She opened Whatsapp, the chat program her mother used to contact overseas suppliers for her fashion boutique, Bella Bleu.

It showed her mother's last log-in was the day before - June 29, 2016 - at 8.57am. Sarah would continuously check this but it never changed.

Sarah had been in tears when Karen hadn’t returned home, according to evidence presented this week to Melbourne Magistrates Court, where a hearing is under way to determine whether Borce Ristevski - Sarah's father - stands trial on the charge of murdering his wife.

Mother and daughter spoke on the morning of the disappearance. As their dog Benji jumped on the bed, Karen had seemed bubbly. Sarah, who’d had her 21st birthday party at their Avondale Heights home a month earlier, organised her lunch and left for work at 8.15am.

That night, he and Sarah went to his parents' home for a planned dinner, and when they got home at 7.30pm Karen still wasn’t there. Sarah was crying, which made Borce anxious. He looked worried and said he was going to the garage to smoke some shisha tobacco.

Sarah got ready for bed, according to her statement, still wondering where her mum could be, as Borce drove Sarah's boyfriend home.

The next morning Sarah was a wreck. Borce said he didn’t know how long someone had to be missing before you report to police. After checking online and finding that a report can be made any time, they went to the local station.

Prosecutors allege Mr Ristevski instead had the car for two hours and 19 minutes, in which he dumped his wife's body and turned off his mobile phone and hers to avoid detection. They allege he said he didn't tell them about driving the car because he didn't think the detail was important.

In a statement released on Friday, Senior Detective Eamonn Stanley said Mr Ristevski also failed to tell police there were CCTV cameras at the house. It was Ms Ristevski's brother, Stephen Williams, who told police this, four days after the disappearance.

Mr Ristevski also didn't contact any of his wife's family about her disappearance, prosecutors say.

They were home from the dinner by 7.30??

So Sarah arrived home at 6 0r 6:30 and Dad was watching tele on the lounge. They went for dinner and were back home by 7:30.
Is that correct?
Where did Sarah's boyfriend live and what time did Borce return from that trip?
Is this the night time uber mention?

It states, they came home at 7.30 pm.
Recently we were discussing here, from memory, that it was after 6 pm. that Sarah came home from work, and BR and Sarah, were going to dinner.
So returning at 7.30 pm doesn't sound correct: getting ready, journey there and back, dinner.

Edit: looking at previous posts, we all are thinking, things aren't right.o_O

No it sound rather like b*******
imo

They did not contact any of Karen's family.
So who did? Aunt P flew down from Sydney the day after.
Bloody hell Stephen had to tell the police there was security camera's at the house - 4 days later.
Oh that's right it was broken for months, says Borce.

Police, dealing with the Ristevski Case, are aware of Websleuths.
Please, check our discussions here, and in Court all these queries can be addressed, so nothing is missed.
A small point here, may help, towards the 300,000 pages.

Police allege it was not until Mr Ristevsi's ninth contact - five days after Karen's disappearance - that he told them he drove his wife's car on the day she went missing. He told police he wanted to test a faulty fuel gauge and visit the clothing store, but returned home when he missed the correct turn-off.
