The AFL game between Melbourne and the Western Bulldogs on Sunday 24 May 2015 was held at the MCG and commenced at 15:20 AEST (so 3.20pm) -

I'm not from Melbourne but I believe an AFL game from start to finish will take about 2 hrs 30 minutes, if you factor in break time and stoppage time? So the game most likely ran from 3.20pm to about 5.50pm? In Melbourne on that day, the sun set at ~5.13pm (

Probably no help at all but it least it gives a bit of a time stamp if the match was being recorded in the background 'live' and the poor little thing is in Australia (specifically Melbourne). Wish they'd release images of the skyline etc. Does it show setting sun? Would that help to triangulate location?
