The jury has is now in the room and we're underway. The first Crown witness today is a police officer.

So even if all that can be proved is that CN did try tamper with a witness because of the letters from DM requesting it, can that still cause her to be guilty of the charges she is up on?

Tampering with a witness was not part of her charges from what I understand. The accessory charge is in regards to her involvement May 9th.
