This am on MSNBC Rita Crosby interviewed the man who thought he saw JKM on Dec26 at the bus depot in Boulder. He said, on air, that the man was acting very bizarre and had a red stain on the front of his jacket that looked like blood. The man said he couldn't swear it was JMK because of the time elasped but he was pretty sure. He also mentioned other people at the station saw him and reacted to his bizzare behavior. He said maybe someone else will remember and come forward.

Zelda, did Rita by any chance bother to mention that when the man (Daniel Pride) originally posted his story of a sighting at the Boulder bus station, his implication at the time was that the person he saw was Santa Bill McReynolds?

Did she mention that the same man, Daniel Pride, also has claimed that he was nearly abducted by John Wayne Gacy?

Did she mention that the same man, Daniel Pride, also claims to have seen the Unabomber manifesto three years before it was made public.

Rita really needs to do more homework.

I'll go out on a limb, and say, "no surprise" Karr's DNA does NOT match the DNA found at the crime scene. Karr himself, already prepared us for this. Why?? Karr didn't murder Jon Benet. That's my opinion, and until proven otherwise, I am sticking to it.

Why isn't anyone allowed to see the arrest warrant? Certainly the defense knows what is in it.

I don't know if the arrest warrant would taint a jury pool. It would all end up in court anyway, right?

By the way it was just reported, JMK awakened at 8:30 AM. He asked if he could shower and shave before his court appearance. Also according to the reporter, he will be wearing blue prison garb in court today, 'blue' designates his area in the prison.

I have figured out who this guy looks like...his face reminds me of the guy who played Almanzo Wilder on "Little House on the Prairie"!! :woohoo:

Pride was trying to bum a light for his cigarette when he asked what he now thinks was Karr if he had a light.

Karr made a snide sort of remark about cigarettes and left PRide - both got on the bus, and PRide said K was sitting in the forward paRt of the bus and kept turning his head around and looking at Pride strangely.

Pride apparent got around the country with his work, so stranger things have happened, will have to sit this one out too I guess. UNLESS others have come forward that WE donut know about either.

Karrs picture is all over the place for EVERYONE to see in the media.

IMO, they shouldn't attempt to try Karr without a very in-depth investigation to prove that Karr couldn't have obtained any inculpatory evidence against him, from other sources, including Michael Tracey, and/or, the internet. To me, this appears to be a ruse, fabricated by Karr's obvious fascination with this case.

Perhaps, but millions of people were fascinated by this case. Has anyone else actually admitted to committing this crime? Not to my knowledge. This doesn't mean that he's guilty, but perhaps he is, or perhaps he had an accomplice that he knew. Someone he met on a pornographic internet chat room. Just a thought.

Of course it would taint a jury pool - it would taint me and what if I were to be selected to be on the jury (of which there won't be one because I don't think he did it, but, anyway). The arrest warrant would be out for public scrutiny, talking heads and others would be examing it with a fine tooth comb and, we, the public (possible jurors) would be seeing, hearing and discussing all this.....

I can't remember HER name offhand, but the woman attorney who spoke on TV at the first press conference did say, however, that they wouldn't have gone to all this trouble to arrest Karr and bring him back to the States if they didn't really have something really incriminating on him -

So, who knows. I still don't think he's the one though...

That's the thing, englishleigh. Candace is NOT just another talking head spouting off. My ears really perked up when she said that. She could be wrong, of course. But I'm going to give anything she says a whole lot more weight than most of the people blabbing their way through this case right now.

The 80-90 pages of the arrest warrant is nothing to sneeze at either. This is making me reconsider whether Karr is more than a JBR obsessed pedophile. I have to admit, when he said, "The DNA may not match," I figured, oh well, he's already explaining away that he wasn't actually at the scene. But now I'm kind of back to thinking Mary Lacy already had a lot more on him than we could possibly know before she moved to bring him back from Thailand.
