We saw more than than a few numbers, I saw his credit card pinging over Hawaii as well.

When was Dan being cut out of the business as I thought they had resolved all their issues as a year later after the email he was still involved in the business?

We saw paypal debit card transactions, with no pinging of any sort. It did show places in Hawaii.

But with that, we saw IP addresses that came back as being in the San Diego area during the same time. It will be interesting to see if the State brings someone on rebuttal to dispute those.

We heard about Dan being cut from Susan... from McG... a document named "payoff" ... not sure when else it came up, but I am sure it did lol

I'm not saying he was or he wasn't in Hawaii... I have no clue... neither does anyone else here IMO I think the point the defense has been making throughout the trial is that no one even looked into it (yeah yeah yeah... LE has said they "verified" it lol) ... no one looked at his PayPal to see what he was doing... no one looked at his bank account.... no one looked into him selling EIP... now, does that create reasonable doubt for the jury? We will eventually.... if this trial ever ends... find out!

There are still a lot of people that believe Dan did it or looks suspicious or at the very least, had the same motive (money.. being cut out) as has been presented by the prosecution in regards to Chase.

This jury has sat through days of cell phone records/towers testimony... and then the prosecution puts up a piece of paper showing some calls to and from a few 808 numbers and that proves he's in Hawaii? LOL I really hope the jury is not stupid enough to believe that is "proof" of anything. JMO

I personally don't think Dan has the physical capabilities ... he looks kinda wimpy to me ... probably has little man syndrome and beats up on women because of it... all JMO BUT, I also have the benefit of even knowing what Dan looks like and way more than I probably ever wanted to know about Dan... do the jurors? They shouldn't. Dan could be 6'5" in their minds...

I dont think the jurors will fall for the IP address being proof of whereabouts. It was CLEARLY shown to be unreliable, and La Rock himself said there are many many many ways to remotely access a computer .

I think it might come down to an age thing amongst the juror's... lol

Funny how we (because I do it too) say CLEARLY... yet if there are differing opinions still, obviously it isn't that CLEAR haha

No one who’s ever had anything to do with IP addresses is going to take that Google look-up evidence seriously.

I never said they do have to prove it... that's up to them whether they think they have to or want to prove it... but putting a piece of paper on the screen asking where area code 808 is... does NOT prove he was in Hawaii. It means he made and received some calls from someone with a phone number that has an area code 808. That's it. I stared at that piece of paper for several minutes to see if I was missing something.... even posted asking if I was missing something...

I would never have guessed the little puke was more than 5'2" to be honest LOL

Why would DK need to remove the bodies from the home?

His alibi is that he was in Hawaii when the family were murdered. So zero reason to take the risk of moving 4 bodies. If they are found a few days later we’ll he was in Hawaii so he couldn’t of possible of done it.

I would imagine when jurors deliberate they would be wondering if DK is a suspect possibly involved in the murders then why has LE not arrested him? And i don't think it is up to the jury to prove DK is guilty or not, or had anything to do with the McStay family murders. IMO.

The whole thread I was pointing it out in general to remind people it makes zero sense that he did this.

And unfortunately this just shows how desperate the defense is to try and blame somebody else. They don’t have enough evidence to just show their client didn’t do it they have to try and reflect and throw somebody else under the bus. It’s ridiculous and utterly pathetic and totally transparent.

I do recall in those first few weeks, it seemed like every prosecution witness was worse than the the last one for the State IMO I have not decided if I think it was the prosecutor's themselves or what they were given as far as an investigation to bring it to trial, or if it's a bit of both. Again, just my opinion!

I can't wait for this trial to be over, I can't imagine how the jury feels lol It was good to read that they are still attentive still and all seem to be in good spirits, even on days they are sitting in the hall

And Merritt nearly got away with it. The family would still be out in the desert and he would still be at the casinos if it hadn't been for the dirt bike guy. Yes it has been a long wait for justice and we are almost there.

The prosecution case has not been perfect and there are so many unanswered questions. I believe Merritt has been pretty much in charge of his defense given the turn over of lawyers. And the blame Dan stratagie is probably his own idea. It's working to some degree as evidenced here and at a couple other crime solver sites.

My personal thoughts? I do think the Trooper was seen in the High Desert area. Just very strange. Why the ad was written is anybody's guess.

CMs sister testified something to the effect CM would have to drive Bennet around. I thought maybe we were going to touch on the Craigslist ads after her testimony.

100% agree that the prosecution is not doing a great job, and that the defense have been very disappointing to the prosecution.
