hmmm so was DM a paying customer of LB's? Perhaps he didn't pay up, might explain all those phone calls to him.

I am wondering if DM was LB's pimp. We saw this with Rafferty... KL was online on escort boards too, he was providing her drugs.... she was vulnerable... much like LB.

Unfortunately we may never know if this is true or not, especially if LB is never found - many judges in many courtrooms in Toronto are throwing TPS cops and their cases out for perjury.

SL has copies of LB's phone bills - do they show contact after DM?

Who cares what LB did for a living? - she's missing. I would not believe any supplementary report added by TPS to this file - funny enough I asked the question a number of pages back - what will TPS add to file and can it be believed?

All any of this nonsense will do, imo, is eventually undermine the Hamilton Police trial against DM.

Sure looked like another TPS dog and pony show.

I've seen murder suspects less nervous and more articulate than the Detective.

Ya, that's the same address shown is the cached link I posted. It seems only part of the ad is there, there was probably a picture before and now the cached version just says:

I would like to post my personal comment on the disclosure that LB was involved in the sex trade. Id like to think that when someones child goes missing the response from the police and society alike is prompt and vigilant. As someone who has worked with sexually exploited young people and adults working in the trade for over 13 years- I know this is not always the case. These women and men live risky lives and often go missing (we can submit a few missing person reports a week). So the unfortunate and unfair result is that the reports are often not taken seriously.

While releasing this information may tarnish some close minded individuals views on the missing person - it may spark the memory of others to a certain website picture or ad, or conversation with a stranger on the street or cause those who live and work closely with people in the sex trade culture to ask questions...and possibly remember.

I hope that the more that "mainstream" society can see that women and men of all walks of life and race can ultimately be involved in the trade due to addictions or mental health issues, poverty etc; that this stereotype will remain no more.

Here is the link for the press conference and the Q&A after. If you watch the Q&A one, he confirms that she had contact with someone else after the phone call to DM at the very end of the video. I haven't re-watched the presser yet, but I believe he mentioned it there as well. He just wouldn't confirm how that contact was made - whether through IM, BBM, e-mail, or whatever. I will listen again and could be mistaken, but I believe he also said that he was not going to say who that contact was with, but would prefer that person come forward on their own.
