I am guessing it was a dating site...not sure what hobbies, etc they had in common that would have led to much interaction online. Anyway...many, if not most, people of her their age group use these sites now. It is extremely common.

My problem with this, is the whole “solicitation of first degree murder” thing.

You’re describing an emotional event, one that ended in a panicked coverup.

We know that murder had been on his mind for a period of time.

Because of this, her death is unlikely to have been the byproduct of an altercation that escalated.

He planned to kill her.

LE had no need to make extra charges on top of murder, if they were not confident. Especially without finding her body, as any charges at all are rare so soon.

Clu, that's such a great point! I can't think of another case where LE brought charges this quickly sans a body...IMO, that means somebody is singing chapter and verse and we know it isn't PF. The solicitation charge says it all. IMO, somebody tipped them off to where they could find the evidence of her death, if not her body. It will be really interesting to see when and how that informant is identified publicly. Not sure whether or not LE will legally be able to keep that person's identity under wraps until trial. @gitana1, do you have any thoughts about that?

I just think we need to be careful what we post as we should all be familiar with the rules and we don't want this thread shut down like in the past now do we? I enjoy the feedback so many post but it is frustrating when I see it shut down. That is one of the positive things about this site is it is fact based and rumors are not allowed. I also like the fact there is zero tolerance for personal attacks. Those are the things I most appreciate about this site.

Okay. My initial thoughts were it would go directly to her heir and he would stay there with the child as the care taker if she really did run off at first.

But since its under a llc and he was arrested for her murder then my theory is probably moot at this point.

Your theory might not be moot. Maybe he didn't know it was in an LLC.

im warming to the idea KB was moving on.

here is a woman who is a go-getter. she goes for it.
she has a fantastic career, she up ended her life and moved to be near her bf (PF) he knocks her up (could have been deliberate entrapment either way?) and quite often that's enough for any woman to handle. she could have easily just relied on him to take care of her and the baby and been a stay at home mum. no one would question that.
but she has a very young child she lives independently to him and she works huge hours to support herself.

if PF was any kind of a man he would have married her and been taking care of his family as a family unit. (unless of course he tried and she said no????)

living as her own bread winner and ultimately as a single mother I think KB grew as a woman and her needs have grown and changed as a woman. becoming a mum changes you.
waiting in the wings for her baby daddy to grow out of childhood has gotten old and quite spontaneously she has met and made a beautiful connection with someone she works with and is in the early stages of moving on.

who's not to say that the premed allegation wasn't actually a threat to KB directly ?
scare her into staying in the wings waiting for him?

if he thought she was spending thanks giving with a new beau that could tip him over the edge? blindsided him and his ego??

By now, wouldn't we have heard there was someone seeing Kelsey.
They would have reported to LE, Kelsey's friends would have known.
These facts perhaps haven't been revealed to the public.
Kelsey's phone records could also provide this info, and about her time with PF.

True. I also don’t think she told her mom every detail of her life. I never did. I’m my own person & my mother would not agree with all my choices. However, they are my choices, I own them, I’m an adult. I tell her only what I want her to know.
If I want to know something about my adult daughter.....I ask her friend/s.
Some generations can’t “grasp” the lifestyles of a dif’ generation. They only know their generation.

Was just talking to a friend about this case, WS, and the FB pages devoted to it. Told her if anything newsworthy (bad or good) happens to me, or anyone I an connected to in real life, or social media...if I can, I will immediately delete any on-line presence I have...and my fam and friends should do the same.

IT'S ALMOST CRIMINAL what people are saying ('cept here, WS'ers are pretty decent), 95% ugly rumor.

I recently decided to exit FB. I was never a big fan anyway. I had tried a couple times before to close the account but it just never let me. If I checked back, there it was. It seemed to have a mind of it's own. Finally, I found someone on YT that took me through the process to it's finale. But even at that point, it takes two whole weeks until the account is officially closed. They send you an email one day prior to alert you so you can still download anything on there you want to keep. Haven't been back since except to check out Kelsey's family's page. I didn't need an account to see that.

Yes and no, that is assuming her phone had a passcode on it (I do not). But when I did my husband knew the password so it could very easily be that he knew the password and relayed the info to whomever or simply removed the password prior to placing the phone.

I am thinking if they were not living together she would not give him her passcode , assuming the phone had one.
