I don't know if the person we are seeing is *THE* person talking, but the audio was definitely added AFTER the video was shot. There are scene changes where the person is talking when the cuts happen and the audio keeps going without interruption. You can't do that with just a push to record/push to stop video camera. The audio would jump also. It was added post production.

Also what's with the different accents the person has? The accent and speed of the Spanish in the beginning made me immediately think it was NOT a native speaker. Then comes the Southern white girl accent and then the mad black woman. In the end, the Spanish sounds more native, but still seems to have the person translating English to Spanish while speaking.

Agree totally. It's a whackjob with a history involving childcare issues, now embittered and unstable, who saw the headlines about how many kids the Billings' adopted and decided that she hated them. Can't see an actual connection beyond that at all.

I haven't had time to go back and check out all the property ownership documents in detail, but wasn't somebody saying earlier that it seemed a couple of Billings places had been sold for token fees of like $10 or something? Does it look as though the Billings' were possibly selling safehouses? That would certainly explain the absurdly low price tags...

Furthermore, re: owing someone 'anything and everything'...if you ARE protecting someone who doesn't want to be found, effectively wiping their existing financial data and signing all that person's future earnings over to yourself is actually a great way to help them stay hidden - doesn't mean for a second you necessarily KEEP the money, rather that you simply become a middleman and thus cut off the paper trail to the person in hiding. You can still actually hand that person back all their earnings and more, obviously - it's just that it'll be YOUR name on all the transactions, not theirs, and so they stay better hidden.

I have not had a chance to catch up on all the posts, sorry if this one has been answered.

For a real estate transaction to be legal, money has to exchange hands. The amount of money does not have to be disclosed on a warranty deed So a property can be bought for $500,000 dollars yet be documented in a smaller amount to verify that it was in fact bought and therefore legal. Usually it is in the amount of $1.00 to $10.00. If there is a mortgage on the property then the actual amount of sale would be documented on the Deed of trust. (trust to pay)

The weird video was made by a half Mexican half Caucasian woman from Georgia who claims to have run away with a man involved with the 9/11 bombing. Then she became involved in a relationship with a Mexican citizen and had two children with him. She then found out he was involved in human trafficking with a Judge Dan Ball (??) in San Diego, Ca. The whole story is on sandiegochildtrafficking.com


Anyway..this explains why she speaks Arabic, Spanish, and English!

She must believe that the Billings are somehow involved with the child trafficking her husband was involved with in Florida (possibly) because he is a wanted sex offender there.

I'm not really interested in whether she is involved or not. I'm simply updating people who ask for info on the video because there seems to be confusion. The only connection is the state of Florida and a hatred for Child Protective Services. You can draw your own conclusions from there.
