The murderer of Deputy David March is in mexican (law) custody and they won't send him back to the usa. And we can arrest a citizen and send him to Mexico to face charges but we can't arrest illegal immigrants and send THEM back to Mexico?

Dog, Leland and Tim Chapman were all released late Friday September 15 on bail, as the judge concluded they are not flight risks. While out on bail, they will be required to remain in the state and wear electronic monitoring devices until they return to court for extradition hearings to face trial in Mexico. No date has been set for those hearings yet.

Luster through his money managed to push the Mexican government to push this and the US permittd it.

Absolutely disgusting.
Dog was never paid for capturing Luster. He did it because the women who the dirt ball raped approached him and asked.

It seems very unjust that Luster, Guilty of the crimes and now in jail can not only exact revenge, but also be assisted by our government.

IMO This will be a ploy by his lawyers to reduce the sentence or somehow get him out of jail.
If he can prove he was illegally detained or brought back to the US he may have some claim for a re-trial.
It is my understanding that Dog simply found Luster ... He was assisted by US authorities in bringing him back to the US.
If Dog somehow broke the law in helping bring Luster to the US then should not the US officials who helped be charged as well?

Ya know...as much as Andrew Luster needs to rot in hell ...If Dog violated law in Mexico he will have to pay the price. No one should be above the law. Not Andrew Luster and not Dog the Bounty Hunter.

It is my understanding that when Dog and the Guys left Mexico they were told that they could leave and go back home and everything would be taken care of. In other words he was given the impression that it was all over...done with.

They were also arrested just days before the warrent would have run out. Like Beth said, they came busting into the house...broke the door down...and all they would have had to do was knock on the door and Dog would have gone with them. She said that they could even have called and he would have gone and turned himself in.

I hope that this gets straightened out soon. Dog and his family are good people that do some good on this earth. This whole thing is just bizarre in my book. It was three years ago that he brought Andrew Luster back from Mexico. Isn't that a little long to discover that he bail jumped....

I hope that the US stand up for The Dog and get this mess resolved. If the don't maybe we better all strap our pistols on... grab our horses... and head out for the border Between all of us we can bust The Dog out :furious:

Lots of people listed at the end of the article that people can email...write... or call. I'm going to get on this tomorrow for sure. They are going to know what I think about trying to extradite "my dog" and Leland and Tim. It is all just total bullchit. What is our government thinking anyway?
