To any of Jesse's friends and acquaintances reading this forum, and I'm sure some of you are, I'd like to reach out to you. Did you know Hannah's parents released a very heartfelt message today? You can view it here:

Please take a look into your souls and hearts. If you have any sort of information, even if you may think it's not important, you can report it anonymously.

No one has the right to take a person away from her family and friends. No one has the right to possibly do something to someone else's child. How would you feel if someone did something to one of your family members? What if your sweet grandmother disappeared tomorrow and you had no idea where she went? Wouldn't you want some sort of information? Even if it was a tip you weren't sure would help, but something you could hold on to.

The rapture hasn't happened. All of my loved ones are here. A person doesn't simply disappear. There is no right for another human being to do that to another or to harbor and keep that sort of information.

Pray on it. Think about it, but please please do the right thing. You know something. Maybe you have an idea or tip. Please let law enforcement know. You won't get into trouble.

Water has been checked with devices that see clear to the bottom of the body of water.As many as 50 vultures would be flying about if she was left out in the open. So she must be under ground or inside an old building. IMO

And sadly, if she was indeed killed soon after her abduction and left out in the open, the (please forgive me) vultures would have long since finished their work. I guess I was thinking about the time my DH, friends and I were trying to take a "group fun night out" pic at a casino.... And were quickly confronted by security gents that told us that was "No no!"... :nono:

I guess so as to not use the pics to learn how to game the system... Protect the clientele... And ????

You are right... Surveillance cams would be a whole 'nother story... And I really am not knowledgeable about that .....

I know some of you think JM is impulsive and slow....However, I think he rides around thinking and waiting for that girl thats easy target. I believe he knows where he will place her long before he finds her. I think he gets aggravated in the fall because he lost his chance at a football carrier because of a college girl and possibly turned away as repulsive from these young ladies but they may use him to buy alcohol and/or drugs. I feel like he was pissed because the other girls cursed him out for touching them but he was already worked up when he seen Hannah alone and lost and was careless but I think he already had her placement picked out (premeditated) I think where ever she is it has some kind of importance to him..jmo

I have been thinking this same thing....

I believe the stage of decomposition would be past the level of interest to vultures/birds at this point....

Unless, in a very slim probability, she has been recently moved from a place where decomp. is minimal (refrigeration/etc.) to a place where wildlife and the elements would be present...

That is true , However turkey Buzzards will hung out in area's where they have found a large meal ,sometimes for years. They even say the buzzards return to Gettsyburg once a year to check for food .

Now crows would be hanging out and other birds that eat insects.However the turkey buzzards are probably hanging out in a 3 miles area if she is out there somewhere.However skunks ,raccoon,possums would have been the first to arrive.

That is true , However turkey Buzzards will hang out in area's where they have found a large meal ,sometimes for years. They even say the buzzards return to Gettsyburg once a year to check for food .

It apparently takes the vulture only 2 minutes to eat a meal 2 lbs of food. Thus it would take little more than 1 day to finish a body. They eat at night as well. And my estimate of 50 vulture is probably low.

Has Lake Anna State Park been searched yet? Parts of the park border Spotsylvania couny.

Cant help but feel that a fisherman and someone who had an interest in the outdoors would be aware of the parks fairly close proximity to Charlottesville.

With tthe end of the summer season, many of the vacation houses surrounding the lake would likely be vacant as well.

I respectfully disagree. He has now been connected to the murder of multiple women in addition to HG, none of which led LE to him for a long period of time. Someone who pulls that off cannot assert the dumb defense, IMHO.

What murders, besides maybe Morgan, has he been connected to?

Which is why I wonder if he's not in competition with other SKs. He wants to beat even them. He wants to be the champion.

I'm not well versed on SKs, but if that's a plausible theory, does that give us any idea of what he might have done with Hannah?

How does killing two people (not that he has been charged with either) mean that he is trying to compete with serial killers? He is thousands of spots away from being the champion.

It doesn't. It's a theory, trying to figure out where Hannah is. Trying to figure out what the "best" SK did, to see if JM might not repeat that or one-up that.

However, we don't know that he hasn't committed as many as 10. Or more. And he's only 32.

Where he was found camping in Tx was on a mass grave site used by a SK. He's a competitor by nature.

it's really fascinating to me how he appears to be lower-functioning yet has hidden hannah so expertly, it seems.

Lots of seemingly stupid people hide bodies that are never found. Look at the bunch suspected in Hailey Cummings' case, for one. Who would think a bunch of druggies could do it? It is only a matter of luck really. If no one sees them and they don't leave an electronic trail...how can LE even begin to know where to look? Also, many time searches have overlook a body, only to be found later by a hiker, etc in an area already searched. Just not that difficult really...so many will never be found without confessions. Jmo

At what point does the search cease? How long was Morgan Harringtons search, to those of.you who followed that case?

I wasnt really talking about his hiding her in the water however.

I grew up around that area and I guess I sometimes take it for granted that other posters here dont know how forested that area is.

Probably a clearing in a heavily wooded area he scouted while fishing. He was very familiar with where he left Morgan Harrington. People knew him there and he knew the land how to get around. He didn't stand out. He'd most probably only want one road leading to it the way he chose Bolivar Island. His comfort zone the night of September 13th had to be very high.

I would like to see LJs parents, grandmother, sister or even his lawyer get some answers from him. They are the only people who can talk to him right now anyway. They all have to live in that community. I would think their lives would be a little more bearable if they would help find Hannah. I think family and friends would be able to get thru to him. I wonder just how much money is in his commissary account right now.
