Sealed to save it for a Friday? Or maybe it had attachments that needed to remain private when she was added for the murder charges and the entire document was sealed.

Can't help but think about when Means attached 122 pages of confidential info that was uploaded by the court staff and EIN got a hold of it before the court could 911! remove and seal it. But then they had to unseal the motion all by itself.

They haven't asked for the cases to be joined yet but they may do that in the future or just keep them separate, IDK.

According to TD's obit, a service was held on 10/23. So LVD went to the service on 10/22 and then flew to HI? She and CD were in Tempe, AZ 19 days after the service...planning the move before they were to CA with his kids? I am glad they flew all over, stayed in hotels, purchased items, took pics of screens and bullets and left a giant digital trail. Don't even need people to testify when they left so much, imo. I am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg. Relieved to know all the evidence I hoped was being processed is really there. Jmo.
