So, there is one question answered. AC (MW) had a car.
We know JT drove a stolen car and got caught doing so.
We know MBB took a train to NYC. (Did she call anyone from a list of escort drivers or rouge taxi drivers?)
We know MB waited for a ride. (Was she waiting for a driver in the sense of an escort's driver, rouge taxi driver or livery service?)
What do we know about ALC's mode of transportation?
We know SG had someone drive her.

Yes, it is left out of most of the reporting quotes, but you can see MG say it in a video. "He said he had a halfway house and that he was a police officer".

I will try and find which video it is in, it may be from one of the bigger shows, but you need to listen carefully as it isn't highlighted. One of the nice little nuggets of info that was overlooked for so long, just like the "I'm going to watch her rot" statement.

Whoever made that phone call "claiming" to be CPH must have known him really, really well, or well enough to know he had worked for the police once and is a wannabe cop. smh

Is it a known fact that LISK even asked anyone to not bring a phone? Some had phones with them and some didn't. There are all sorts of reasons to forget, leave or otherwise not have your phone with you.

We know (from what DS said) that ALC was asked to leave her phone, but we don't know if that's a fact. There is nothing to show that they were asked to leave them behind. It is really just asumption.

300 people have since been exonerated of heinous crimes with DNA evidence. In 78 of those cases there were confessions. How did that happen? 300 wrongfully convicted person, 300 of tens of thousands all multiplied by 12 jurors. What TRUE FACTS did they hear that led them to convict.

BTW does anyone have an opinion or a fact that Obama was born in the USA, or was he born in Africa.

There are countless threads devoted to theory, logic, opinion, rumor, gossip, etc. etc. I don't see why one little thread devoted strictly to the facts invites so much debate.

The fact is, there is an underlying agenda behind the CPH = Lisk theory. These facts have been removed from disscussion. Not sure which TOS rules they violated, but the FACT remains that there are neighbors who have beef with CPH and GC.

This is pertinant because of the lawsuit which COULD include neighbors testimonies against the doctor.

If these neighbors are deemed not credible, because of their beef...then the lawsuit is a joke. IMHO

This case is unusual in that there are so few facts and all the information we have is not very reliable.. We have (probably) corrupt LE, we have sensational news articles where the stories have been copied and pasted from one news outlet to the next and we have some seedy witnesses that are involved in criminal activity trying to cover their butts. I think phone records are the most reliable things we have to work with and we (meaning WS) don't have access to all of those. Many of these victims have no identity, no cause of death, and no time of death, some not even by year. Then to top it off we have posters arguing over every little fact we know. So good luck with a thread for just the facts.

I have never ever heard of a doctor who has not provided medical services out of his home.

Traditionally up to the 1960's most only offered medical services through their home offices.

To say he never practised medicine from his home in Oak Beach is beyond credible.

If a local kid got a fish hook in his hand, is CPH saying he would not remove it? He would send the kid away?
