A person exits the rear of a cab and approaches the front of the building. Immediately turns and walks the other way. Defense objects to the testimony, requesting the time of this.
9:22PM is when the person turns to walk away from the entrance/cab.

About 1000 feet from the Met Life building to the Woodridge Apartment complex (in the pic they are both indicated with heart icons). LEO officer testified it took a few minutes to walk from one to the other.
In the last image he is pointing to the cell phone tower in the location.

So he gets dropped off at the apt. by cab. Across from Metlife. Is this when he went back for his non disabled car?

I had no idea there was a hearing today. I scrolled thru the thread and it appears they certainly have enough evidence to go to trial. I have always felt that the perp lured her in some manner, because she knew him and trusted him.

5:03 and some change, Danielle's car appears to be on the surveillance video on Dec. 2, 2016.

LEO officer is comparing the vehicle as parked at the apartment and the one shown in surveillance before Danielle disappeared.

I am legitimately nauseous reading and watching this. I had no idea they found her Fitbit (wonder what info is on that...) and her keys. My heart hurts for her family and friends always but especially today. This smug monster thought he would get away with this too.
