--The Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance with locating a blue colored residence with a statue approximately three feet tall near the end of the driveway. The statue is described as having blue clothing and a red hat. This location is only being sought as a general area the missing person may have been observed. If this describes your residence or you have information of this residence, please call either the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at 320-762-8151, or the Pope County Sheriff's Office at 320-634-5411.

Missing Person: Laura Ann Schwendemann (18-years-old)
Details: The Pope County Sheriff's Office is investigating a missing 18-year-old female, Laura Schwendemann. She has been missing since Wednesday evening, October 14th, 2015 and was last seen in the Pope/Douglas County area (Kensington, MN). If she is seen, or you have had recent contact with Laura, please contact either the Pope or Douglas County Sheriff's Office immediately.
The Pope and Douglas County Sheriff's Office ask that hunters and farmers in the area please call and report anything suspiciously observed in the area, with specific interest in townships of Holmes City and Solem in Douglas, and Nora and Ben Wade in Pope.
Authorities confirm that the missing female was last seen at the Holiday Gas Station on 50th Avenue in Alexandria at approximately 9:29 PM on 10/14/15.
