If I correctly recall, S G-R stated after the sentencing that she had no intention of complying with probation. Bet the judge knows this. Now what?

Not sure I understand this. One paragraph says Evavold is sentenced to 180 days in jail, 8 years probation. Another paragraph says 12 days each year for 8 years. The latter is not 180 days. Evavold will also pay $10,000 to the Minnesota Crime Victim’s Reparations Board. She must also pay two fines of $944, which represents the 944 days the Rucki sisters were missing. Apparently, Evavold showed no remorse.

"Starting in 2017, Evavold will serve 12 days in jail on November 18 for the next eight years the anniversary of the day the Rucki sisters were found, for her involvement in the disappearance of sisters for over two years. Evavold must also serve 12 days of Sentencing of Service for the next six years."
I think I'm reading it as:
12 days/8 yrs beginning 11/18 = 96 days
12 days/6 yrs (sentencing of service?) = 72 days
Ok that's still 12 days shy. Hmmmm...

I think the EWG property was supposed to be sold so the proceedings could be split with his ex-wife, but he has heavily "discouraged" the sale of the property.

The last of the officially charged conspirators have pled guilty to a single count each of parental interference. Sentencing in April.
Last I knew Michelle McDonald--Michelle's divorce attorney--was still considered a person of interest. McDonald apparently has her own difficulties--arising from her courtroom behavior in this case and another--and may be headed for disbarment. She was also found recently to have violated election laws in a recent run for Minnesota Supreme Court Judge. She had claimed a Republican endorsement where none existed--the party having decided not to endorse Judgeships. She lost the election.
Overall looks like one seriously messed-up and deluded bunch of folks.

And her friend Dede Evavold continues to harass the family/children, primarily through online postings (including pictures of the family home and their address). I have trouble following all the legalese, but there is a restraining order against her which includes some specifics about such online postings. Court dates go on an on, partly--as it appears to me--because she is doing her own legal work and hasn't got a clue. Opposes everything and does a lot of posting concerning all kinds of court conspiracies. Pretty scary that this woman is not only walking around, but that she lives with a husband and children. At one point a sister wrote a letter to the court requesting leniency owing to "an undiagnosed mental illness."
Some day the Rucki kids will have a story to tell, and may choose to tell it. But, in the meantime, I do wish that there was some way to get this woman (Evavold) some help that she clearly does seem to be in need of.

She did, however, broadcast an interview in which she claims to have been place in a "safe house" by a federal agent. Unclear exactly what the safe house is protection from, however, she claims that there is a federal warrant for her arrest (denied to Brodkorb by federal marshalls).

Dede Evavold was arrested and held overnight. She has ongoing harassment issues, using an online blog to discuss the case and publish family details--in spite of conditions of her parole and a court order. Apparently this finally got the attention of her husband who was cooperating in removing all of the online stuff. http://missinginminnesota.com/
