This source is not MSM, however, they are sharing that the Dahlen's have offered to testify. I haven't found anything more confirming yet--I will keep looking.

I believe that now adds up to two siblings (including the now-adult son) who have gone on the record to say that the abuse that has been claimed did not happened.
If nothing else, this case is an interesting study in the process of children feeling compelled to accept the reality sworn to by one or the other parent. In the 20/20 interviews, the son really alluded to being convinced by his mother that there was abuse and he just couldn't remember it.
Wow. Quite a story about the physical abuse never happening. What really brought this "home" to me is Mom saying she would be back in a couple of days but never returned. Isn't that kidnapping plus child abandonment? What psychological impact would that have on the girls when Mom just left them off, never called, never returned?
Guess I can't understand the Dahlens in all this, too. What kind of people would allow the girls to stay at their house for two years, no financial support, no questions asked. Strange people involved all around.

Grazzini-Rucki's boyfriend will NOT testify for her. Legal attempts are being made by mother's team to force Samantha to testify against her mother. (As if her mother hasn't done enough negative things already).
The lights in a Hastings courtroom dimmed, and Samantha Rucki appeared on four flat-screen monitors. She sat in a small conference room, her head slumped down, cheek resting on her hand, her eyes pointed down to a table as a court reporter sat on her right and a judge to her left. Her voice was barely audible when she confirmed her name...
It was the first time in more than three years that her mother, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, saw her daughter...
The judge presiding over the divorce dispute had ordered the children to live with an aunt... Once she got to the home with her aunt, Samantha said she “freaked out.” She went into a bathroom and turned on the shower so no one could hear her. Then she called her mother.
“I wanted her to help me,” she said. “It was my idea.”
How long have they been deliberating?
Four hours according to the post on the twitter feed I have been following.
