In cross the defense was focused on a silver truck and a red truck on the property. Was the truck purchased and used by the Ws that night red??... sorry I don't remember. If so and there is any surveillance footage the defense will probably try to say it was that red truck and not the Ws.

BCI already knows all about the color and type of truck/vehicle used by the Wagners. I think the jury was even shown the truck/vehicle used by them. The defense won't be able to say they were anything different.

Any surveillance video will show whose truck/vehicle belongs to who.

Did I miss the cross exam? (edit: yes I did. sorry everyone) I thought they declined. I know the prosecutor asked about the trucks, and asked Henshaw if he saw any other red trucks in the aerial photo.

I don't know but W murder truck could've been red, now that you point this out. Interesting observation.

Surely they have solid info about the W murder truck. I'm reasonably certain they have VIN numbers from trucks found on the property. Henshaw said he photographed license plates.

edit: Fortner discussing the FARO scan equipment and methods using it.

PIKE COUNTY TRIAL: Parties stipulate and agree that no DNA evidence collected at the scene of 4077 Union Hill Road (Chris Sr's property) is linked to ANY of the Wagners - George, Billy, Jake, Angela. That feels big.

No, they just left their bullet casings and foot prints all over, oh ya, and bullet under house and in the victims. Plus blood all over including Gary's DNA.

So much for brass catchers.

Reminds me of LE cutting potions of the upholstery from that Ford Excursion the Ws had for sale. That vehicle went to Kentucky, didn't it? Seems different than the W murder truck, it went to Athens county, Ohio.

AW placed a FB ad to sell the Excursion, some time after the murders. There was also a receipt for having the seats reupholstered, leather.

BW took the murder truck to the relative in Athens co., someone posted he did that at sunrise.

Henshaw states in his opinion GR was dragged to the bedroom first.

Prosecution reviewing and adding testimony from evidence presented earlier.

Identifying the spot where GR fell. Same location as the eyeglass lens was found.

Shot through the floor beside chair was fired from inside.

No cross exam of Henshaw, sidebar from defense.

New prosecution witness .... Todd Fortner BCI special agent assigned to crime scene incident at that time. Giving his resume and history.
Interesting. I always thought Gary was dragged last because Gary's dad said Gary was over Chris's legs.

I will defere to the experts.

Nash is clearly checking a cell phone while technical issues are worked out

Hey Cool Cats. If the camera were to zoom in on G4's notes back and forth to Nash, I know you would already have taken a screenshot and transcribed it. You're that quick. Am I reading your mind?, lol

Wish we could see all the FARO scans, but the outside ones were interesting. They're not saying specifically, but they know exactly where those outside shots came from.

Inside they're viewing crime scene and the cones where trajectory rods are placed in walls and doors. Shows were bullets came from and went.

Col, that was the defense on cross who used aerial and pointed that out. Pros did additional cross but didn't focus on the trucks

Uh-oh, my mistake! I don't know them well enough to identify by voice alone.

Too late to edit that post, but I edited the one on this page.

Sorry for confusing things. Two strikes, I'm out.

Hmm, G4 covering his notes up now.

edit: Does Nash have executive privilege to be using his phone?

Is anyone else curious as to whether Nash is using his watch for his email/texts, etc? If so, has pros/judge addressed this with him?

Direct exam of Agent Fortner

Missed first bit (so don't know if defense did any cross of Agent Hanshaw)
Opinion I don't understand why camera operator does not show many photos that obviously have no blood in them,

Agent Fortner on stand who did Faro scan, this was extensive scan, out front of 4777 scan of scene is incredible, scan went into home, he saw bullet strikes round and on door, points out silver truck in driveway, now showing inside of home scan, saw blood drag marks, and footprints inside residence, height of bullets into wall by deer head 3.3ft, depth of residence 13.076ft from front to back wall, scanner showing blood trail, hallway to bedroom, Agent is 6ft 6 and 300 and some pounds, again showing he at his size was able to walk down the hallway without being impeded, (so irrelevant what size GW was in 2016 as he was nowhere near the height/size of the Agent) showing jury scan of bedroom, distance from front door to blood trail by chair, (missed measurement) It was approx32/33 feet from blood drag marks by chair to CR body, and pool of blood y chair to GR body 32 feet approx,

went to scene 2 to Faro Scan, meeting to discuss next steps, secured scenes overnight then go back next day to do other work, trajectory reconstruction at CR, shots came from area in the approximate area piece of red equipment in front yard, rifle not single shot we thought was used, and spent time looking for casings as the cartridges should have been ejected, not one cartridge found in yard where he thinks shots came from (I don't know what he called that red piece of equipment in front yard)
