Kaizar says he looked at records for 3.5 years. There were more than $100k transfers between the different accounts. Says it shows the family was working as a coordinated group.
Kaizar: Jake and George purchased the vehicles for the family. Most of the groceries and regular purchases made from accounts owned by George and Jake.
Most of utilities paid by George and Jake as well.
Kaizar says he always looks at utilities - shows who is paying what - tells you a lot about an organization or family. Financial records show George never lived apart from the family. George and Jake Wagner's name was on the deed of Peterson Rd as well.
Looked at 17 bank accounts and 11 credit cards listed in court. Looked at another 30-50 accounts, so total went through tens of thousands of documents had to go through page by page.
Done with direct by prosecution - up to Richard Nash for defense cross-examination.
Kaizar admits the things he flagged are evidence but may or may not be relevant. That was up to investigators.
Talking about the muzzle break for the 1911 Colt bought with Jake's card.
Now onto the ammunition .762 x 39 and magazine bought at Bass Pro Shops again in Jake's card.
Defense going through the purchases all made on Jake's card.
Many of the parts or tools used to make a silencer/suppressor bought with Jake's card. Defense is going through all these one by one.
Never saw any accounts with all four Wagners as signees. Kaizar says that if there was would be evidence were operating as a unit.
First time defense talking about purchase made with George's card. Defense intimated the filter bought with his card at OK Auto Parts could have been used for the Chevy pickup truck.
Now going on to the $40,000 insurance check deposited into George's account. But now saying it was actually deposited into Billy's account shared with Angela.
