Here is the Wix 33960 fuel water separator.

Specs show it is 3.9" diameter, 7" long.

Sorry, I had to step away again, are they saying this Wix33960 was the fuel filter used on the SKS? At the beginning of the trial when the info about them using a fuel filter as a silencer was revealed, I checked some YouTube videos. There were a few videos showing shooters using a much smaller/narrower type of fuel filter for a silencer. I guess they didn't do a thorough search on YouTube.

This nash guy acts as though he is bringing something new to the table. All he is doing is regurgitating what the prosecutors said. Thanks for highlighting this evidence tho.

They haven't actually said so yet, but that's the item of interest mentioned by the witness.

I'm looking to see what effect a 3.9" diameter would have on using rifle sights. I think if that rifle had the night scope on it, the diameter would probably have no effect. If the open sights were used, it could have an effect, but I haven't measured that yet.

I'm stuck on the story of one shooter having trouble with the filter, and another one not having trouble. No matter who is using the gun, the eye is at the same point using the sights.

So far, if I followed, we have two Dodges and a Chevy purchased. The Chevy was totaled. Unless that second Dodge was a repeat of the info. Still looking for the murder truck.

Yes, IIRC from the way it was said by AC in opening statement.GWIV was supposed to open fire on CRSR from where he and JW were hidden. GWIV supposedly wasn't shooting because he couldn't see to sight, because of the filter attached as a suppressor. JW took the weapon from GWIV and opened fire on CRSR.

Might have been G4's position in the truck, like he couldn't get sights on the target because of the way the truck was parked. But JW being on the other side of the truck bed had a better angle.

I don't buy one person not being able to use the filter and next one not having much trouble.

Ut-oh one of the accounts this witness testified to being GWIV's account with AW BUT it was actually BW and AW's account!

Kaizar says he looked at records for 3.5 years. There were more than $100k transfers between the different accounts. Says it shows the family was working as a coordinated group.

Kaizar: Jake and George purchased the vehicles for the family. Most of the groceries and regular purchases made from accounts owned by George and Jake.

Most of utilities paid by George and Jake as well.

Kaizar says he always looks at utilities - shows who is paying what - tells you a lot about an organization or family. Financial records show George never lived apart from the family. George and Jake Wagner's name was on the deed of Peterson Rd as well.

Looked at 17 bank accounts and 11 credit cards listed in court. Looked at another 30-50 accounts, so total went through tens of thousands of documents had to go through page by page.

Done with direct by prosecution - up to Richard Nash for defense cross-examination.

Kaizar admits the things he flagged are evidence but may or may not be relevant. That was up to investigators.

Talking about the muzzle break for the 1911 Colt bought with Jake's card.

Now onto the ammunition .762 x 39 and magazine bought at Bass Pro Shops again in Jake's card.

Defense going through the purchases all made on Jake's card.

Many of the parts or tools used to make a silencer/suppressor bought with Jake's card. Defense is going through all these one by one.

Never saw any accounts with all four Wagners as signees. Kaizar says that if there was would be evidence were operating as a unit.

First time defense talking about purchase made with George's card. Defense intimated the filter bought with his card at OK Auto Parts could have been used for the Chevy pickup truck.

Now going on to the $40,000 insurance check deposited into George's account. But now saying it was actually deposited into Billy's account shared with Angela.

Yeah it means the prosecutor didn't look and notice the "George " on that account's creation paperwork had a birthday in the year 1971! How in the heck did they let that get by them? Both of them, prosecutors and the forensic accountant.

@Caylee Advocate @Puzzles8 I don't know what his fees are, but from the previous thread re; BW's 1st chair (Atty. Collins), my guess is he is not the least expensive choice.

BW's Atty's Bio
In some areas, private attorneys are appointed by the court to take on public defender clients at a very reduced rate paid by the court/county.

Hmmm... big guy in the false bottom? That might be crowded and uncomfortable for him shooting. Adds something more for me to think over. I guess they had 'shooting holes' too in the side?
Probably just to hide them when they drove up in CR's driveway. Shots from the rifle look to be coming right over the lawnmower thing from about waist high. Interesting.

I know. I feel this is the case in all of the defendants except for possibly BW. Even if his is court appointed at a reduced rate, he's got a lawyer who is considered a "Super Lawyer" by his peers, and has none of his cases on Death Row.

7.62 = excellent for Zombie killing if it ever comes to that. Good for killing anything I bet.
