One of the oil filters initially credited to George's account actually was Billy's account as well.
Asks about tax data - says Angela reported some income but it was minimal. And the sons paid the utilities.
That's all for cross now going to 15 minute break. Redirect afterward.
Back in session - prosecution redirect of BCI forensic accountant Michael Kaizar
Going over all the transfers into George's credit card from the account controlled by Billy and Angela.
There was transfer from Fredericka Wagner of $33,000 payable to George Wagner IV into account he shared with mother Angela.
This was in January 2014 - 10 days later, $25,880 was transferred to George and Jake Wagner's account.
Prosecutor again went into specifics on purchases on George's account. And Kaizar says transfers show the connectivity of the family finances.
On re-cross defense lawyer Nash again brings up the fact that the family didn't have one account for all four of them. Kaizar also says he doesn't know when George was working on the road or at home.
He never went out and looked at actual items purchased only passed on what he thought was significant to investigators. Also fuel filter was less significant if it was to vehicle he owns.
On another re-direct - large transfers again - he didn't know what they were for. @local12
Electronics purchased were significant? Yes. He's done with testimony. Will start a new thread.
