Did y'all catch where the original plan was to kill Hannah's boyfriend and make it look like suicide (murder suicide?) Well he was not always there. IMO, that changed to Killing Jake and making the murders look like murder suicide to take the heat off of the other three. Which is why GW was protecting Jake that night. Wrecking GW's truck is more proof to me. Why couldn't GW wreck his own truck? IMO, Jake was not valued by that family. His only value was his daughter and life insurance. All IMO.

Cannot image and don't want to image what they are going through listen to the sick person that took their loved ones and thought of taking his sweet daughter! She may not see his testimony but she sure can read it one day! So so sad!

I guess he must make a show of incredulous disbelief at brother JW telling the jury just how GW helped him fashion the truck, hide with him on the way, maybe what they talked about, how GW couldn't see over the oil filter to target CRSR in the kill zone or how GW helped BW move the dead bodies of CRSR and GR after BW finished them off. GWIV was't even there, he was home with mom and the kids twiddling his thumbs. GWIV didn't find out what JW and BW did until he woke up in the morning. Huh...

I wonder if it's all in the wording though. I recall Chris N's exact answer about the wreck being intentional was "not on my part" He also mentioned he almost died. I don't recall if it was asked, did Jake wreck the truck on purpose ever. I think it was something like, was that wreck intentional and he then said no on my part. So could that be his way of saying it was and he knew about it, but he didn't intentionally wreck it Jake did?

Just an observation but I haven’t seen this on any other reporting. I know not everyone hears the same thing exactly the same way but that’s pretty big. I find it odd no one else caught that. At least not that I have seen yet. JMO

When those that can change the course of something don't, they are allowing it.

When we see evil and say nothing, we are part of the evil.

He may not have been "as evil" as the rest and maybe he did not agree with the fires for insurance or the wrecked truck for insurance (I sorta feel like he did, but let's just say he didn't like those actions) he sure did profit from them. If he didn't leave that house when those things were going on and continuing to go on, then his inaction allowed all of it. If he didn't want to do these murders, but said nothing that makes him WORSE! I mean come on if he's cleared headed enough to not want to do this or voice doubt and concerns then he might have been the only one that could have stopped them and he did nothing except go along with them.

GWIV was there, he helped which is much more than inaction, AJMO

Well JW said BW was the one who added GR and HHG because they lived there and they'd be witnesses. Then FR and KR were also added on by BW because they'd come after JW.
