To be fair, I don't think we've had the change to watch them so closely before, as many witnesses opted in, and at the beginning of the trial when a witness opted out we only got to see the dreaded painting.Yes, G4 looks very pale. Parker will not look at G 4

If you go back to the original charges, there is also the firearm specification for Aggravated Murder and Aggravated Burglary that "George Washington Wagner IV had a firearm on or about his person or under his control." This does not say George4 shot anyone but rather that he had a firearm in being engaged in these killings and burglaries. Other counts also mention the fact of being armed (not the fact of shooting someone--just being armed."On a 15 minute break. Jake testified that George helped build the fake bottom for the truck bed, and tagged along and was dressed with ski mask gloves and the shoes his mother bought just like he was."
B I N G O!! See ya GWIV , wouldn't wanna be ya!
Of all days when I get to really watch the trial and not play catch up..Never thought I'd be watching a silent video.
I'm getting ready to walk the dog & may not make it back in time today if they break early. I can/will commit to pulling Courtney's in the morning. It would be great to tag team! I don't need to be right. lol. Let me know on any given day if you plan to pull a specific journalists' tweets and I will leave those alone. My goal is to get the info out there and more importantly help Niner.
I read one time that Defense attorneys do not ask if their client is guilty. They don’t want to know. Can’t say that is fact. MOOI've asked before here if defense lawyers even bother to ask the defendant to tell them what happened or if they prefer to not ask and see all the evidence then fit their own narrative to that. I mean at what point can a defense lawyer not defend a client if they think they are guilty.
It's one thing to attempt to get a fair trial for someone and to pick apart evidence to put down in the jurors minds and it's another thing entirely to know your client is guilty and then attempt to present a defense that tells a different story. That shouldn't be allowed. If they believe he did it or he's made inconsistent statements to them, then they try to say he wasn't there or he had no idea.. how can that be allowed? If he has told them nothing and they prefer it that way so they can defend him with a clean conscious then that I could see. So I am curious if the George had to sit down and tell them a story or if he just let them request the evidence and wait for it to come in and then find ways to put holes in the story without even telling a story of what George says.

He looks angryWhat is Parker doing? Up, down, up, down
He looks like he's really clenching his jaw and glaring at JW every now and again. Must be talking about the road trips they all made together and how GWIV in his "ugly tennis shoes" stood guard over CRJR's room, gun in hand, as JW shot DR, then HR, then back again to DR before JW came and went into CRJR's bedroom.GW is looking very pale. Imo.
