I was in the courtroom when AC asked JW about the Boondocks Clip. His answer was he didnt remember the clip that she was referring to. She showed the clip from a google search that the prosecutors googled. He didnt laugh. In fact he said that the clip that they showed wasn’t the exact clip he watched. He laughed after the state asked him if he could say what guns where in the clip. He smiled and said yes gold plated 1911s.. but he only smiled because he knew the answer. Other times in his testimony he actually asked the state if his answer was right.

That is very interesting information. So he asked the state if his answer was right?

I just have a couple of questions.

If he is telling the truth why is he having to ask AC if his answer is right? What is the right answer? Deliver his brother and dad up on a silver platter to save him and mommy?

Jake: is that the right answer or would you like me to change it to one you like? I can do that easily since everything I say is a lie.

Can it be any more obvious?

Jake is a serial killer. a Psychopath.

From Link Below:

In December 2019, she (RJN) admitted that she lied during her grand jury testimony. Newcomb said when pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business that she couldn’t lie any longer because it wasn’t the Christian thing to do.

Wagner said he took his grandmother’s words to heart and viewed them as “an answer from God.” He testified that he had been praying about what to do and had lied to his lawyers about committing the murders. A short time later, he said that he confessed to his lawyers and detailed his mother, father and brother’s involvement in the conspiracy but did not plan to cooperate and wanted to go to trial. He didn’t plan to testify at his trial because he would have to lie.

By the Spring of 2021, Wagner said his feelings had changed and he decided to resolve his case. He sat down with Canepa, Pike Co. Prosecutor Rob Junk and special prosecutor Andy Wilson and told them “everything that had happened” over a period of two to three days. Wagner said his plea agreement required him to testify accurately and fully.
Wagner said in exchange, “There was a lot that I wanted,” but ultimately it was agreed that the death specifications would be dismissed against each Wagner family member in exchange for his truthful testimony.

(---also from the link--- I got the George's confused. Maybe G3 thought he was being a nice Uncle, but really?! )

Wagner also led prosecutors to the so-called “murder truck.” He said he became aware of where it was located after overhearing his Uncle Bobby discussing how nice it was that Billy Wagner had given his niece, Katy, a truck.

JW says that GW helped with setting up the truck bed. AC addressed that JW said that he and GW4 got into the modified truck and G3 drove.

So what does everyone think, is this going to be something that leads to a mistrial? It seems mighty serious to my non-legal educated eye. Should the prosecution be very concerned about this?

Will the GW's defense lawyers themselves also have to produce proof of when THEY learned of this to the judge tomorrow? Did they sit on this information intentionally until JW was ready to be cross examined? Wouldn't that be just as illegal an act as they're trying to query JW's lawyers about, doing the same thing?
When did the prosecution learn about it? Is this information something they sat on and kept from George's defense? The fact that Jake confessed to killing all 8 people almost 2 years ago? Could this be exculpatory evidence the prosecution kept from George's attorneys?

Sure we have. I'll speak for myself. I've considered each of the four and whether, individually and/or together) they participated in the conspiracy. I've considered 6-8 people and their potential involvement.

The W4 vote on everything as a family. That's been stated and illustrated with examples and testimony. I believe them. If George voted for it, he's guilty. If he knew about it and did nothing, he's guilty. If he rode along, unsure of what would happen, he's guilty. If he didn't know about it and wasn't there, but he found out later, he's guilty after-the-fact. He purchased a weapon that was used that night and a truck, too, if IRC.

I'm not sure why some hold to Jake's abject evilness, but are certain that George is innocent.

These 2 young men got a raw deal in terms of family dynamics, their parents, and those parents' demand for total control, always. Unfortunately, they will pay a steep price in order to break free. The Rs and Gs paid the ultimate price on a bill they didn't owe. (May they rest in peace.)
He purchased a weapon that was used that night and a truck, too, if IRC.

BBM
What weapon did he purchase? Billy purchased the truck. George went with Jake and Angie to pay for it. That doesn't mean George bought the truck especially since Billy is the one who told his cousin he would buy it.

All that has been proved in court that George bought was some parts for a Chevy Silverado which is his own truck. It said that right on the receipt from OK Auto Parts the forensic accountant found in Georges bank statement which was put up on the screen for everyone to see. I do not understand why people keeps saying George bought any kind of supplies to be used in the murders when it has been proved in court he did not buy anything that was used in the murders.

What is so hard to understand about this? The forensic accountant spent over half a day testifying that Jake and Angie bought everything used in the murders. George bought parts for his own vehicle which is a Chevy Silverado.

The murder truck was a GMC. Different brand of vehicle entirely.

It says it was filed in / from Court of Common Pleas Pike County, and the case lookup on the site lists these as the latest entries (same names) the document is just not accessible AFAIK from their website at
Does anyone know the source of this document? Can this document be seen on Pike County Court View? Just wondering.

And that's not very safe at all, considering there are multiple "owns" in there, depending on the location of the facility, if it's public or private, the inmate's race, religion, affiliations, what the inmate is in for, and countless other factors.
If you're in juvie or a first timer, then you need to do some reading before you get sentenced. Most catch on pretty quickly. Private prisons provide a bit better food. Some facilities are cleaner than others (shiny floors vs cockroach infestations, and shoulder to shoulder sleeping quarters). I'd not wish to spend a single night inside of any of them (county on up). It's a mess and it's not going to get better for either side. When Covid can still lock down prison systems, at this point in the game, then the reason is that they are understaffed. That's not good for anyone living, nor working, at any facility affected.

No. These appear to be the results of these recent stunts pulled by Nash and Parker. Judge Deering will be keeping the trial on track. I’m wondering, though, how much longer it will be before they get into some trouble.

Is it possible they have some scheme going with Jake‘s attorneys to render his testimony usesless by convincing him to change his story? Is Jake dumb enough to fall for such a scheme?

Sounds like the Judge is calling them on the carpet to see if they’re up to something, JMO

From @Niner Post #882

10/26/22 Update: Jake's lawyers George Myers & William Mooney were subpoenaed to a hearing on 11/28/22 @ 9am in front of Judge Deering. They are to bring their file & interview notes of Jake Wagner concerning the involvement of Jake & his co-defendants in the homicides re case #2018CR0000155 (GWIV). It could be regarding: Jake testified he confessed to killing 8 people to his lawyers long before he confessed to LE & the lawyers did not report the criminal activity. 10/27/22 Update: Hearing re subpoena for Myers & Mooney changed to 10/28/22 @ 9am.

I don't think his lawyers had to report JW's confession, but, the fly in the ointment may be, that they did not turn in the other persons, in JW's confession, for committing criminal activity. IANAL just an intrigued bystander.

Niner's update

That sentence (red/bold) came from a tweet. I just copied it.

Does anyone know the source of this document? Can this document be seen on Pike County Court View? Just wondering.

George's attorneys must have have lied in one of their statements.

Pretrial - George only went along to protect Jake
Trial - George knew nothing about the murders and did not go along.

One is false.

JMO
Both are false, imo.

Here we go again. Different people viewing and hearing testimony but totally opposite reporting. Click bait? Unless we were there and saw with our own eyes, we dont know squat. All differing opinions are based off the version of truth that fits our narrative. Jmo

Edit add:

Jake has proven to be a cold hearted killer. His own words is all the evidence we need. His own words and evidence presented thus far says GW4 was a huge part of the conspiracy to commit. To accuse AC of prosecutorial misconduct, at this stage, is a bit of a stretch.

I think it is a bunch of hoopla, until it becomes something. We will know soon enough. As we saw with the witnesses opting in and out and all the dramatic opinions that followed, it turned out to be a nothing burger. Jmo

Yeah buddy.

He laughed and belched all through his testimony about killing the mother of his child, a woman he professed to love, a woman breast feeding her four day old infant, like the memory of her left a sour taste in his mouth and a foul wind in his gut.

Wonder what the jury thought about that?

Watch the video a few pages back from WCPO 9 where the reporter talks about it.

I think the prosecution will object. They have not rested their case. How can the defense call JW’s attorneys to testify today when it’s not their turn. IMO

Nah. This is just the typical drama that this defense team tries to stir up.

They don't have any evidence to exonerate GW4, so they use drama, smoke and mirrors.

Hectic day yesterday, relistening to bits and pieces, playing catch-up where I'd got behind THEN housework.

immready for today, not that we will hear a thing but I enjoy looking for reactions.

Oh, wow! Did someone here accuse AC of "prosecutorial misconduct"? If so, that's an outrageous thing to say. Not surprising for this defense team, though. They're desperate.
