GUILTY PA - Matthew Mancuso for sex abuse, child *advertiser censored*, Pittsburgh, 2003

Thats been addressed by the detectives but they are truly between a rock and hard place.
There is a little girl who has been and continues to be BRUTALLY raped DAILY.
Not only is she raped (in everyway possible) but the rapist is filiming and photographing it for distribution all around the world.This has been going on for over FOUR YEARS.They have a chance to save her AND catch the rapist..........What else should they do???????
Personally I would have no problem with them releasing the victims photo because this girl MUST be saved and some embarrassment is 100% worth it!
Soon this girl will be "too old" for the molester and he'll want to move on.
Identifying her can save more victims (I doubt shes his only "girl").

As a survivor and a victim advocate I am the first one to want to protect anominity but to me this is an emergency situation and drastic measures are called for.

If they wanted to find her, they'd post the girl's head shot. These girls may be totally unrelated and may not have even seen each other. Was probably a child sex ring.

Anybody see the movie Just Melvin, Just Evil? It was on HBO a while back. It's about Melvin Just, prolific child molester. His grandson made the movie. Seems Just molested all his kids and a bunch of other family members, including grandchildren.

Honestly there are very few "sex rings" out there.ANYONE can be a child pornographer.All you need is a computer and a digital or camera phone and a child and youre in business.There are mobsters who make money off the running of pay *advertiser censored* sites but all that material is taken off the web.Most pedos arent out for money.They enjoy making this chit and sharing/trading it.Someone spends time getting it off the web,makes a pay site and the money rolls in.Theyre guilty but theyre not actually producing it.

Child *advertiser censored* is just exploding right now because of the fact anyone can make it and distribute it nearly instantly now.

For all we know our neighbors are right now filming the rape of the child-seriously!!

Just as like strangers arent some smelly guy in a dirty raincoat child pornographers arent some shadowy,criminal "ring".They are preachers,teachers,cops,doctors,husbands and fathers.Theyre your Uncle,your brother the nice guy next door with the pretty wife and cute kids.They are the mother needed to feed her drug habit or the Grandfather who has molested for generations.

Statiscally 1 out of 4 women is molested or raped(I think the number is actually much higher myself) SO if we havent been victims ourself we know victims.........alot of victims.
I have a thread in the Jury Room about stopping child *advertiser censored*(well its supposed to be about that but its getting o/t) as this is a SERIOUS ,SERIOUS issue and I would appreciate help and feedback about my idea.


Just Melvin-Just Evil was fascinating! It showed how hard the cycle of abuse is to break.This women who were horrifically abused(WHICH they MOTHERS were aware of!!!!!) then allowed their own children to be around their abuser and if they didnt allow them around the known abuser they allowed them around other victims who molested them.Grandmother/Mother/Child all abused and letting it continue.
These women all became drunks and druggies and led horrible lives NOT that that is ANY excuse but you have to wonder what their lives wouldve been like if the mothers didnt let them be molested(the one Mother is still in denial! )
Unfortunately this is happening somewhere to some child RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!


I wish they would release the victim's face *but* barring that I pray the "witness" is indetified and the victim is saved!!

If the victim's picture is made public, the person who is abusing her might just make her "disappear".

After all she can give testimony against him and be identified.

So you are risking her safety, security and life by making the picture public.

The police are between a rock and god green acre.

Now the sicko are making sure that no background is showing in the pictures to ensure that there can be no I.D. of location etc.

They can release the photo of the abused girl, but for ethical reason, have choosen not to.

Every person who saw this picture of this girl would know that she is a long term victim of sexual assult.

So every school chum, neighbour, everyone who has access to the internet will know she is a victim.

In Canada we do not name victims of sexual assult to protect their privacy, especially when it involves a child.

The Toronto Police(Canada) are using cutting edge technology called Image Analysis to analysis the background of these pictures.

In one instance they could Identify the country and even the community where a boys was being abused. They analysed a key board and public transportation transfer.

So instead of looking the entire world, they can now narrow their investigation to a particular community in Spain.

I only wish the Canadian courts would take this crime more seriously with appropriate snetencing.

Usually it is a "house arrest" situation, called a conditional discharge.

Why don't you send any info on Image Analysis to Fla LE. There are still things they may be able to learn about those pictures. For instance if they can pinpoint the room, they can possibly use the position of the sun to identify what time of the year the pictures were taken. This Image analysis sounds like an interesting tool.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Detectives were in North Carolina on Tuesday to check out a tip they hope will lead them to a girl who has appeared in sexually graphic photos that have circulated among pedophiles on the Internet the past three years.

Detectives with the Orange County Sheriff's Office received the tip after releasing a photograph last week that they had hoped would help them identify the girl seen in a series of sexually explicit pictures taken at a Walt Disney World hotel and other locations.

Cpl. Carlos Torres said he didn't know where in North Carolina the detectives went or what the nature of the tip was.

"Of the 110 leads, this is the one that took them to the next step," Torres said.

This little girl has been in my thoughts and prayers. I pray to God they get to her quickly. I just feel that her tormentor is a ticking time bomb.

Btw, it's this case that makes me insane over all the media attention for the *runaway bride* ... How many children are out there that are in a life-or-death situation that could have used those police resources & media attention!!!!!!!!!!

Investigators involved in the international child *advertiser censored* case linked to a Disney hotel may have a break in the case, according to Local 6 News.

Orange County detectives are in North Carolina this week to interview a possible witness in the case, Local 6 News has learned.

The possible break comes a week after investigators released a photo of a girl they believe may know another child who is featured in explicit photos.
