I think that by saying she lives in the pittsburgh area- is actually TOO much info. No one needed to know where she was at all.

I was able to find it. I hope he rots in hell. I really do.

Unfortunately I don't think the media will all keep quiet about who this person is.

I personally feel that the biggest mistake was giving out the info about the area in which she currently lives.

Sharon, I don't know what to say, that it was that easy for you pretty much means that it's going to be open season on that poor little girl. I can only pray that the people around her will protect her as much as possible because her life will again be a nightmare once people start finding out.

Keep in mind she's high school age too and kids are very computer proficient these days.

I LOVE the sentencing guideline that forced him to create a $200,000 trust for her WHOO-HOO!!


I wish ,however,that there was a law that made it illegal to adopt or "import"(let's face that's what he did) a child for illegal purposes however.

I cant belive he ,a single man ,was able to adopt.
Ive known married couples who went through hell trying to adopt Russian children,spents thousands,and came back empty handed.

It appears he's wealthy so I guess he bribed whoever he had too.

he's not scheduled to be released until 2017.

As usual, if you have enough money you can basically do whatever you want in our world.

I take it that this guy is a public figure in some way or someone who would have influence? (financially, politically, etc) as well as having money?
I hope they extradite him!
In other cases they have labeled kiddie *advertiser censored* producers as sex offenders, even when they can't prove molestation of the child. But I do know that in a lot of states the hearing of -if this person will be labeled as a sex offender or not, is held until right before they get out of prison. So I guess that there is still a possibility that he will end up in the database yet.

On April 27 they publicized the picture of a dark-haired young girl, reclining on a couch, whom authorities described as a possible witness.

Irwin says she has been identified as a friend of the victim while in Pennsylvania, but that she no longer lives there.

Investigators believed the couch on which she was shown sitting was the same used in photos -- albeit in another location -- of the blonde girl posing sexually. Investigators said they did not know where the photo of the dark-haired girl was taken, whether she witnessed any acts of abuse or was a victim herself.

Authorities said they also found the image of the dark-haired girl on child *advertiser censored* Web sites, but she was not photographed inappropriately. They did not say specifically what the girl may know. She appeared to be about 11.

U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan of Pittsburgh confirmed Friday that the girl's former adoptive father is a 46-year-old former resident of Plum Borough, a suburb about 15 miles east of that city. Last year, he was sentenced to 15 years, 8 months in prison for coercing the girl to appear in pornographic photos found on a computer diskette in his house.

Buchanan said the man also was sentenced to fund a $200,000 trust for the girl under the Protect Act, a 2003 law that strengthened sentencing guidelines in cases involving the exploitation of children.

Buchanan said federal authorities in Pittsburgh weren't aware of the Disney World pictures when they prosecuted the girl's father, but said authorities in Florida could prosecute the man if they had evidence that he took the photos

apparently there were pictures of him actually raping the poor girl.
So he would Have to be labeled right???

He bought her from Russia and foreign adoptions depend how how much money you're willing to pay and how long you'll wait while you wade through the red tape.

You'd like to think when you adopt a child from overseas you would have some sort of follow up here but you dont.

You buy your baby and are free to do as you please-no questions!

Sick and evil people do not look it on the outside.
I gurantee this man was good looking,charming and intelligent.He was also wealthy.These factors gave him cart blanch *AND* I will bet money there's been other little girls,imo.
