I wonder if her phone was amongst her belongings. If so can it provide answers having the physical phone? As opposed to relying on the network providing information?
It depends on a number of factors including the operating system and any damage it has sustained either at the time or since. I know some very serious vulnerabilities have been found in iOS since she went missing for example, so assuming the phone is intact and can be given to the right people e.g. NCA or GCHQ, it's potentially possible.

struggling to follow her route that day....where did LC live and work?

If the phone is there they will be able to get pretty much everything from it, even if it's been deleted/tampered with. The police should have specialists available to them in house who can perform the digital forensics needed.

If it's the ex-boyfriend, I believe that's a different person.
The ex is named in the articles regarding her brothers court case. I think there was speculation she was potentially seeing someone else though. I’m never sure if Mr X. refers to only one or both of these potential partners.

Shocking to think she was on her route home and they never worked it out.

I suppose they couldn't track her with dogs because she did the route so often?

Yeah, you're right, it is I think actually reading the texts the brother sent.

Just wanted to take a moment from this fast moving thread to say that after years of us following Leah’s case, I’m sure I’m not alone in sending heartfelt condolences to her lovely family tonight. Not just for Leah, but for Haydon too.
