Wow look at the money brought in by the wrongful deaths in the resolved cases section of this site.

The cases on his site look like he persues his cases from the news. I doubt these people sought him out. Pretty much the same thing with KC I bet.

MOO

and now it appears that n950ka originated out of : Borrego Valley (L08)

Well why the hell not.

Hardy har har - 9-11 extra security and all that noise. We spend money on very stupic things in this country IMHO.

(very possible - it's a hop from KCRQ)

Is this our TM?

Bella Aviation, Inc. by Todd Macaluso has a location in San Diego, CA. Active officers include Charles Norman Davenport, III, Trustee of Macaluso Children's Trust Dtd. 12/20/05 and Todd Macaluso, Trustee of Mugsy Trust Dtd. 6/26/00.

Yes, this is the same guy. Address listed for Bella Aviation is same as old Mac & Assoc office, as well as condo in same office space that is getting foreclosed on.

Active Officer being trustee of Macaluso Children's Trust which was created around time minor child was born.....

I think we are just stumbling onto some creative accounting with all these pop up corporations of his now....

That's too funny. Did they check the attic, crawl spaces, garage? She's pretty small.

What about the garage, should be a few cars around...check the trunks?

:great:

Sorry I couldn't resist....:innocent:

So is this stuff about TM illegal or just dishonest/shady? He seems extremely "odd" to me and anything to expose him (not the type he is used to) seems like it would be a service to humanity.

Isn't it kind of important to know what planes are in the air, who they are registered to, where they are coming from and where they are going? How does he get away with this kind of flight logging? Is this the norm for private planes?

Well it could be totally unrelated. But if any of the links are true Casey is on the move again. Bella Vita Casey? How is this working out for you?

Dang I'm good. I found an old link.......... Yeeeee haaaaa the plane is owned by his law firm.

Look This used to be on his website.

hmmn I guess it should be no surprise that it does not list the Bechler case under resolved cases...even though the firm won 18 Million dollar settlement on behalf Bechler's widow...
http://articles.chicagotribune.com/keyword/steve-bechler

That might be due to that little accounting error...or bounced check to the widow from TM

Here is what Macaluso's ex-wife thinks of FCA.. She joined June 2011 and made a few posts..

I am so sick of hearing about junk science. I am not ignorant to believe that it doesn't exist. But the true JUNK in this case is FCA's behavior as a mother when her child was 'supposedly' missing, and/or dead via accidental or intentional means. What is JUNK is a grief specialist who has no idea what a peer reviewed article is, nor met with FCA, can get on the stand and say that any behavior can be consistent with grief leaving the impression that she was flippin' grieving during this time.
Science is accepted or refuted with terms such as 'consistent with,' or 'inconsistent with.' For example, PM hair banding is consistent with a hair coming from a dead body. It has not been replicated in any other setting and yet it was rejected as evidence pointing toward guilt.

FCA's behavior through her continuous lies was consistent with someone who was guilty, cold, indifferent, lacking concern or remorse. This behavior has been replicated in other child murderers. But this behavior was accepted as evidence of lack of guilt ???

Her behavior was inconsistent with someone who was worried about the welfare of her child and/or grieving her loss. We all have know of, heard about, or seen first had the reaction of a mother fears their child is missing or worse. Show me another mother who feared her child was kidnapped or who drowned in a pool whose reaction was 'oh well,' I am going to watch a movie tonight... Show me one. This was rejected as evidence of her guilt. ??? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

All the 'junk' science talk was nothing more than a ruse meant confuse and to get the focus off FCA's behavior which in and of itself was probably the most convincing evidence of guilt in this case and why we are all still talking about it today.

Sorry for the rant, don't even know which thread I am on at the moment.

always MOO.

I don't buy (no pun intended) that excuse. If you DON"T read the book maybe, but going in to the store and reading the entire book, placing it back on the shelf, you are stealing from the bookstore owner.

Just saw this.

Actually, no it wouldn't be. All the bookstores here have now made nice accommodations for you to sit and read if you choose. There are chairs at the ends of the aisles, some with ottomans, there is the coffee shop area where reading is encouraged, they even let you read the magazines while having coffee and whatever snack! I wouldn't as it could soil the magazine, but it is the new bookstore way. I was told the theory is if you are comfortable and are reading one book, you are more likely to buy the other books you had on the list.

Every time I go I see at least a dozen people enjoying a book in this manner, then putting it back on the shelf, all with the bookstore's approval. I suspect the not yet written book in mind would only take around 5 to 10 minutes of time, so you could even stand.

And don't forget, if one really wants to read any book, the library is always free. You can go there to read it, or check it out.

Ya know, I wouldn't even read KC and JB's book though. There would be no truth in it. I'd much rather read a book by Jesse Grund, who knew KC and Caylee, and saw the family dynamic. Tony L didn't know KC long enough to pen a good book, and I am not even gonna mention CA and GA because I would be :worms:

I also wouldn't want to read this not yet existent book. Of all the boycott opportunities that may present, that would be the easiest to follow through on. I couldn't get through many of KC's boring, rambling self-absorbed letters to RA, and I had to mute JB quite often in court because I found him unlistenable. Even if an imaginary hard working bookstore owner called Zenaida Barnendez-Noblez wanted to pay me to sit in her store and read it, I would decline.

sorry - it was a little late and i was on my way to bed when I typed that last bit so it came out extremely unfiltered.

The info we get from public sites like flightaware is, well, public, it's not the end all be all of accuracy. The FAA knows what they know, and a lot more of that we do not. Yes, there is a lot of flexibility in General Aviation, but what we saw was neither unusual or alarming - and remember, one can block the N number and we'd never see it all - so the fact that we see it means no one was concerned about it or it was meant to be seen. I find it amusing in a tedious kind of way, but then remember that it's my interest driving the issue. So ...I'm a little

cheers!

NOT quoting the numerous posts due to space usage, but the plane number N256KA has been stated to NOT be registered to anyone. IT IS, and it is registered to a person not shown to be linked to this case in any way.....so unless we have some reason to be reporting on its whereabouts, perhaps we should request that all posts referring to that plane in any way be removed from this thread????

I have never heard of that registration number. Maybe you should pm a mod?

N950KA is the plane number. And even Baez when the plane landed in FLA stated that Todd was playing with the media, when a person who might have been Casey with a towel over their head ran from the plane.

There are numerous MSM articles which tie this plane to Todd Macaluso. Whether he be owner or pilot it has been reported since the night Casey was released.

Raeanne the number you posted is not the number of the plane being tracked.

I don't know what to do.....I have a link with the owner's name and address so I won't post the link here.....it is a TWO SEAT PLANE owned privately by someone in another state ( NOT CA ). It just seems wrong to be posting its whereabouts and a violation of their safety and privacy for sure!

at the bottom of each page, there is a list of who's on line and then a list of moderators in BOLD If there is no moderator online go out to the from page of the Caylee section and scroll down until you find one. Click on one of the mods names and select send private message - I see your point entirely, if you need help just yelp in the thread and I will do it.
