That's why I really want the press to start calling him out. I am thinking they are not bc they don't want him to stop texting them. On a brighter note, I think he boxes himself in. Soon he won't be able to keep track of what he said or when. (Good!) MOO
I wish they would, too!! Start following up on some of this open-ended responses. Where did they go the weekend after they went camping?
There video of Brian at an AT&T store, allegedly, on 9/14, who is he with?
What time did he go hiking on the 13th? What time did he speak to Brian?
What time did CL go to look for him? Not the range of 4-5 hours, what time? Was it daylight still? Was it dark when he left?
Where does HE think his client is?
While some of those questions are likely confidential information, how do you determine what information is important in the search for Brian and what's not?
Brian is missing, but I'm only going to give vague statements because really we don't need the public looking for him. The FBI can manage it. At this point, almost a month later, I'd be at my wits end and laying it all out there and saying the more people looking, the better. I'm worried something has happened and while I can't release information I was given before 9/13, here's everything I know from that point forward. I can't adequately represent a client that I can't talk to and can't find.
