I have been following this and trying to clarify "casualties". Often military reporting of casualties means injured and does not always mean deceased. They call it a mass casualty event meaning multiple injured. I don't see much on official news reports, just lots of comments on social media posts. I do know the Army tends to keep things quiet longer than civilian agencies tend to so we might not have anything official for a while.

Army confirms at least 5 soldiers shot​

Five soldiers were shot "in an active shooter incident in the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team area," the base said.

All of the soldiers "were treated on-site and moved to Winn Army Community Hospital for further treatment" and there is "no active threat to the community," according to a base statement.

The shooter was taken into custody at 11:35 a.m. EDT.
