Is it possible for someone to go to court against the Anthonys to stop them from getting paid by media outlets

Instead force them to put any and all monies into an account for if Caylee comes home or when once her body is found to pay for the search and recovery?

I wish a condition of the bond was that she must join one of the search teams (with the police around her of course) and slog thru the humidity, heat, deal with the bugs and all the other irritations that the real searchers have to deal with 12+ hours a day while she is out.

The Local6 site said the anonymous bond donor was bailing Casey out because he felt her "constitutional rights had been grossly violated". Gosh, if her rights were violated, then little Caylee's have been completely DECIMATED. How about stepping up for HER, moneybags? If you're so concerned about rights being trampled, how about give the same amount as the bond you posted to TES/LE so that you can help an even MORE deserving citizen whose rights have been not just violated, but OBLITERATED. That would be CAYLEE, and she had a right NOT TO BE DEAD.

ETA: I hope LE has another charge all lined up to go. Let her go through all the rigmarole to get home, then arrest her again as soon as she walks through the door. Keep doing it over and over -- I'm sure they've got plenty in their arsenal to throw at her!

So I guess this is the real reason why CA hired a spokesperson. She needed someone to negotiate her deals. Don't think for one minute this family isn't out to make a buck for themselves.

The interest in this case has tabloids and others thinking they can make some big money but I really hope it will end up being the worst business decision they ever make. I just can't take this anymore! Everytime something that shocks us settles, something else is dropped! This woman does NOT deserve to be free! She does not deserve to have the comforts of home. Whoever is talking with LP, ask if he thinks there are additional charges looming, exluding the BIG one. Too bad the grandmother (of Casey) won't file charges for the theft of funds from the grandfather's nursing home account. Wonder if any other body or agency could file those charges. Anyone know? Maybe LP does?

Supposedly Cindy made good on that one (unlike the $700 to Amy) so it wasn't reported?

Cindy told Amy to get lost when she complained and so she filed a report with the bank, maybe that's the difference.

Although there's a rumor that the Great Grandparents are working with LE!

If there is a book or movie deal or paid interview I hope everyone will be as appalled about any of the Anthony's making money off Baby Caylee's death as we all were about OJ. I hope no books are bought, no movies attended, and no interview that pays is watched. I know I won't be a party to any of it. Do you really think there would be one word of truth in any of it?

I am in the back off media club. No coverage until charges are filed. That is the next thing I want to hear or see about this case.

It is sad the $50,000.00 wasn't donated to TM's organization instead. It could have been used to find children whose parents really want them or their little bodies found.

What a waste! Huge waste!!

I feel like bailing from this case for a while. It is too upsetting that someone like Casey gets breaks all the time and LE can't seem to get enough on her to arrest her for the killing of her daughter. I wouldnt be surprised this is all she gets is what she has now. I think if they had enough to arrest her, they would. This case is making me sick! I hope something happens tomorrow to prevent this. I wouldn't be surprised that LE doesn't arrest her again tho for a few more petty charges but that won't keep her in long. wish they could arrest the parents on something and give them a huge bail amount to keep them in jail for a while. wonder who would put up their bail?

If you are interested in the webcams, the mobile cam has been stuck for a long time. The cam shows a shot of the Anthony house, but the clouds haven't moved for a very long time.

The aerial cam (truckcam) seems to be at OCSD. I'm not certain of that because I'm not familiar with the outsie of the bldg. But it left the Anthony's around 6:30 and ended up in a parking lot with a bunch of other satellite trucks, one from Channel 6.
Right now, it shows what I guess is the top of the truck and the asphalt in the lot.

I rode along with it while it was on the move--I was afraid I was being kidnapped by Zanny and Sammy.
