Not necessarily. Any lawyer would have advised her NOT to do an interview without a subpoena requiring it.
FWIW, I had a horrible experience with a police interview once, and I would never do it willingly again... and I am a nice, law abiding citizen. :)

The last thing I want to do is defend KC, but the younger girls wear those types of blouses unbuttoned with a camisole underneath. Nothing shows. My daughter wears them like this all the time, and so do all her friends...

In the past, I was thinking that perhaps some of the evidence was being made available in order to facilitate a plea bargain... if they show early how strong their case is -- then maybe she will cop to a lesser charge and show them where Caylee is?
But, for the purposes of that calculation, it appears they used a 95 degree temperature (Florida, in June?). I lived in Florida for over 40 years, and I can promise you that the temp in the trunk was higher (much) than that. The open AIR is 95 in June! So, it may have actually been less than...
Yes, agreed. AND, as an added bonus, (and they underlined it for effect), chloroform in amounts much higher than typically associated with decomposition.
