We have many theories. However, if we look at the big picture and list every little detail, I believe the "looking for job/victim" scenario fits best. What is so special about Vegas over St. George in all the other theories? He could have disappeared in St. George, he could have killed...

Yeah they aren't perfect. They may have made mistakes in the search and perhaps there is still information buried in a stack of papers. However they are very nice people. He had no reason to dissapear. He shared bank account info with his fam because he was close to his family...

I don't think he would have stayed away in the first place. I think this case has become so confusing because we're assuming Steve is someone he's not. He loved his family, he wouldn't hurt them this way. He wasn't selfish. I think someone contacted him in St. George, perhaps while...

Upset? As in mad because people keep calling investigating or upset because he is guilty?

When I first heard that my friend steve had disappeared, I just assumed he was killed by some bad people. That was my first thought. After viewing the TV show and having thought about it for over a year, I have to agree with my first assessment. My opinion: He was there for a job and it...

Steve's parents wanted a cd quality copy of his song for the TV show. Here it is if anyone is interested. Just use either of the links and pick regular download (it's free). http://hotfile.com/dl/116046120/2fa2bfa/felt_like_this.wav.html or http://www.filesonic.com/file/864136384

He was clueless. He said "I don't know". I didn't lay into him and he didn't seem suspicious. This past week Steve's family asked for a high quality copy of his song. I guess NBC, on one of their programs, is going to air Steve's story. Not sure when it will air but Steve's mom will let...

He was just as clueless as everyone else I talked to during the search. He had just been on a bus looking for Steve when I spoke to him. He seemed sincere. I check this site every other day to see if you guys have any more info. As for me I have nothing more to add. :(

I was just a searcher and didn't see the list of bus routes so I don't know. I do know that one of the buses I rode wasn't on their list. In my opinion, it should have been. It was a very busy bus.

We're on the corner of Maryland pkwy and Katie ave along the 109's route. It happens to be next to a Best buy and an Ihop ;) We jumped off the bus because I saw someone that looked like steve. However, once We got closer it was obvious it wasn't him.

I got your email and responded yesterday. I'll try to go to one. We just rode the 113. I talked to a passenger who claims he's seen him but the guy didn't seem all there in the head. Our bus driver saw a man resembling Steve's photo riding the 109 a few days ago. He asked for a free...

I'm now riding the bus. I just talked to GW, he's been out riding for a while. I asked his opinion on Steve's possible where abouts. GW told me he talked to a couple that is %99 to %100 sure they've seen him. The bus I'm on now has the $10000 reward poster on the wall with Steve's photo.

No, I just arrived in Vegas a few minutes ago. Tomorrow I'll be out there with my wife. I hope we have some success.

Here is the plot I made. It should be attached to this post in pdf format. You'll have to rotate it. Also please go to: http://www.arcx.com/sites/faq.htm#ResidentialAreas Read "Why is service so bad in tall buildings" of that page. It explains why I think most of his pings were very...

I modeled a cross section from evening lights to the mall ring circle. There were towers in that area that pinged in the afternoon. In Google earth I drew a straight line from evening lights to that mall area. I then recorded the elevations given by Google earth along that line in intervals...

Which expert said that? I modeled the terrain in that area. In order to get a line of sight communication from the afternoon's ping to evening lights would require an 800 foot tower. I did the math and verified it with an autocad model using the elevations from evening lights all the way...

Well considering it might not have even been him carrying the phone...not so good. That and his phone was a piece of junk.

Did he have a car charger? If he did turn his phone off it might have been to save battery since he thought he'd be there for a while. My phone battery drains quite a bit when traveling. Without a charger it only lasts 6 hours when on the go. That vs. 2 days in around town. Steve liked...

I agree that might be the reason or maybe his phone didn't work properly. My last phone was hit or miss when people called me. My phone wouldn't even detect the call. However I could make calls and surf the web without problems. I wonder if my phone didn't ping correctly? Perhaps at times...
