I don't think there is too much to read into that.., Now that there is so much competition between conventional mortgagors, there's not much benefit for an FHA loan as opposed to a conventional loan.

That one has my vote...Although I'm not completly convinced on the smart part.

What I don't understand is how raven could of had time to wipe down the inside of the vehicle so well that there wouldn't be traces of blood in there. And I have to assume there wasn't traces of blood in there, because otherwise that evidence along with TOD should be enough to name him as a POI...

Are you giving odds on that prediction?...I'm feeling pessimistic about an arrest in the near future. Any inside info?

WOW, that's sobering to think that Janet is one out of two unsolved murders. I think that should be a HUGE wake up call. Whatever family and friends were actively doing before is not working now...the quiet strategy is not working. I really believe now is the time for media...

Also notice that when a teammate put his arm around the guy next to him, that same guy reciprocates with his arm around as well. I don't see any arms around raven...he must have cooties.
