LE mentions 'timeline' in every interview. That is what they do.. create a timeline. Take all of the dates that everyone gives them and figure out who is where and when.

Why would they give that to JB? When do we see what JB has? Discovery goes both ways.

Good point, Shadow. When does JB have to give the state what he has? I don't believe this would take much time or effort.... jmo

Jesse with the some help from Lee had a group meeting at the A's with some of the friends and they put their heads together and came up with dates. I also believe, but would have to reread JG interview for the details that he spoke to people and added that information to the calender. I guess you could tell who by looking at what was written down on the calendar pages.
As far as the others I don't think they did an actual calander just made notes of what they could remember and told LE. Of course Lee told LE he had done some of his own investgating. For that matter Cindy was upset that Jesse wanted to do it and she did not like that idea from what she told LE in her interview on Aug 4.

I believe this is to request either the document dumps or maybe doing a background check on maybe some potential witness'. I believe the last one is a request about the K9 dog.

Because Exhibit C is a letter from Sheriff Hansell to Baez stating that there is no training manual for the K-9 dogs (see last sentence, last paragraph).

BUT, Exhibit D is a letter from Susan Benton (Sheriff, Sebring FL) to Sheriff Hansel last December, and she mentions the Florida Sheriff's Office Task Force manual listing K-9 resources and says "Sheriff Beary has committed to include this in the next edition of our manual." Her letter does make it sound like there is a manual.

Perhaps the "manual" in question is for training the OFFICERS and not the CANINES? Notice it says "manual listing k-9 RESOURCES"...perhaps that is simply a list of K-9's which are available and nothing to do with "training" them whatsoever...???

Baez filed a lot of motions to receive docs. IMO if he receives them they will be released to the public too.

I wonder if they have anything to do with the nurse's finds at Greenwood wetlands? This story is spreading like wildfire, I'm thinking they are going to have to address it sooner or later. I really pray that the stuff she found will seal the deal and get a conviction.
