re: the death certificate at the link you posted does not show the full certificate, the bottom part is missing.
Blank certificate at the link below, you can see it is much longer and the part where the manner of death is missing in the one you linked to.

I do believe that if Dr. G testified to the manner of death being a homicide, then it would state that on Caylee's death certificate.

cannot say I've seen her actual/complete death certificate; I'm also not sure how accurate they are. My mother's had no COD noted on her official death certificate . . .

Just a suggestion: when I want to find out about what is happening with this case and Caylee's murderer imo I search for "Caylee Anthony". It still pulls up anything to do with "what's her face". If everyone searched that way maybe Caylee will be the "most searched for" of 2012 and not the freak imo

For whomever was asking about how much $$$ FCA can receive from "fans" on the other thread, the answer is $13K per "donor" before THEY would have to report it on a gift tax income tax return. Unfortunately, FCA wouldn't have to claim these gifts of $$ to the IRS, but I'd think she would have to report them to her PO.

I don't see how the judge is not questioning her "buying her own" computer when she's reporting to the PO (therefore to the court, correct?) that she has no income and can't even pay the $20 per month she's supposed to pay. (Isn't is $20? Not sure where I came up with that figure...) I also don't get how her attorneys can be filtering funds to her...that doesn't seem right to me, legally or at least ethically.

It was me who was asking. Thanks so much for the response! I was just thinking the same thing about the parole fee and asked the same question just a second ago on the other thread.

That is what I remember from his book, he was brought on due to his knowledge in forensics and LDB wanted him and pushed for him specifically.

Casey will take anyone own to save herself. I believe that there are problems between Casey and Jose because Jose has not been able to obtain any big money making offers for Casey. I think that there is going to be a lot of stuff happening, and it wouldn't surprise me if Casey drags Baez through the mud in the same way that she did her own father. Baez needs to tread lightly because if Casey gets desperate for money and fame, she will throw him to the dogs. It will not surprise me if she threatens him with sexual misconduct toward her. Just think of all of the attention that she would get with that.

This is a very likely scenario. KC has CONTROL over JB and will use it. JB has likely unwittingly provided KC the goods to use against him.
