Hell, she strikes me as the type of woman who would actually help with the murder itself if he asked.

If you can do what she helped him do to a human body, then I don’t think it’s a stretch to think she’d be willing to go further.

Obviously I don’t think that happened, but I hope she serves every day in prison that’s possible.
The Heavy.com includes many of her SM posts (not shared here) -- very dark indeed.

JUST IN: Interviewed #VanessaGuillen family attorney. She says Army CID told her Guillen was confronting Aaron Robinson in armory room about dating a married woman. She still believes Guillen was being sexually harassed and that's why she was murdered. @WhistleblowerLF #KHOU11

ETA: I too believe Guillen was being sexually harassed, but not only does the evidence not show that it factored in, but it makes no logical sense. This lawyer seems to care a great deal about publicity, and will continue to push this narrative no matter what the facts say.

You're Welcome. I know what it's like for women and everyone else in the military. I came thru the ranks when it was really tough and I toughened up right along with the rest and fended for myself, because if we didn't who else was going to do it. I was fortunate enough to have good leadership in my career. I will always stand up for the next soldier regardless of gender. This situation, I just have no words for how it really makes me feel.

I love that! Standing up for one another is so important, especially in a closed system like the military... The person next to you may feel pretty alone and possibly depressed/suicidal. I spend several years at Fort Bliss. It was not blissful and I wasn't active duty, just a family member. I also grew up not far from a Army Base in Germany and had a acquaintance that was stationed there and ended up crashing her car because she wanted out of the Army and they didn't let her (I don't know details, but that was the gist of it).. She died in this accident. Still wonder to this day if more was going on in her life and if we/I could have done something to make her feel less hopeless. I never knew this was going on until it was too late. The transition to military life and finding yourself in another country, like she did, is very difficult and just having someone that has your back can make the difference.... Anyway, sorry, this doesn't really apply to this case.

Is any information coming from anyone other than VG family lawyer? This case is so strange. I haven't even seen official confirmation of identity yet. I'm seeing details about her demise though?

It's definitely a possibility in my eyes. They're keeping as much as possible close to the chest in an attempt to maintain the integrity of the case.

That's what I've been saying is my only hope. If they're investigating other people of interest, and her leadership, then I can completely see why they have been so tightlipped.

Thank you to everyone who support soldiers. We're not all bad apples for sure! All of this has made me conflict with why I served and as long as I did....I have to keep reminding myself why regardless of the Nightmare Ft. Hood has created for everyone. Thanks again! One Team, One Fight!

Thanks for your service @ImDone and welcome to WS. This is a horrific case and truly appreciate your military insight and contribution.

I also want to acknowledge Ft Hood soldier Pvt Gregory Wadel Morales whose remains were also located last week in an area I believe not far from Vanessa. He'd been missing since last August 2019. He was also somebody's husband, son, brother, and friend. Reportedly, he was processing out -- set to be discharged in a couple of days when he disappeared. It's never been clear to me why he was classified as a deserter/AWOL a month after he went missing. Shouldn't this organization be searching for missing soldiers? I think I'd have to question an assignment at Ft Hood! MOO

Thank you and the many others here for your support for Troops. Honestly, my first time hearing about GWM was when they started to search for PFC. Guillen. I don't live far from where they found his remains. The day they found him I was traveling that road and had to pull over because there was so many fire trucks, police officers etc flying to that area....little did I know they had 'got a tip' that remains were there. Then they found more bones in the area. I haven't heard anything about him, his remains, his status as far as being AWOL since. I've been reading where his parents are fighting to have his status changed due to them finding him in a shallow grave. Things are just crazy around here.

the family’s attorney said today that she didn’t believe that. Her theory was Vanessa told him to stop harassing her, he said nobody will believe you, she said something about his married girlfriend and he went nuts.
ADR is not a sergeant.
MOO. There may well be a missing person in this account.

VANESSA GUILLEN KILLED WITH HAMMER AND HER BODY MUTILATED, AFFIDAVIT SAYS

A second suspect has been identified in the case of missing Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen.

Cecily Aguilar was identified as the civilian suspect in connection with the disappearance of Guillen. The Bell County Sheriff's Office told 6 News she will be handed over to the U.S. Marshals Service. Aguilar has been charged with one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office Western District of Texas.
The suspect was identified as Cecily Aguilar, who has been charged with one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence after Aaron Robinson killed Guillen.

According to the complaint, Specialist Aaron Robinson told Aguilar that he killed Guillen by striking her in the head with a hammer multiple times on Fort Hood on April 22. Two witnesses, interviewed May 18, said they saw Robinson pulling a large "tough box" with wheels, that appeared heavy, coming out of the arms room where Robinson worked. The two witnesses said they saw Robinson load the box into his vehicle and drive away, according to the affidavit.

Robinson enlisted the help of Aguilar in disposing of the body, which included mutilating the body and attempting to burn the body. However, when the body did not burn completely, they placed the remain in three separate holes and covered up the remains.

Upon conviction, Aguilar faces up to 20 years in prison and a maximum $250,000 fine.

I'm eager to learn the identity of the Sargent and the person involved in the shower incident. We've been hearing about a Sargent for months that was allegedly harassing VG and by all accounts, AR was no Sargent. Not even a facsimile.

MOO

I agree there may be a missing person(s) here. Did she specifically say it was a sergeant or a higher up? Without digging through the media pages, I can't remember. My thought is if he was E5 and she was E4, maybe it was easier for her to explain to her mom that he was 'higher up'. JMO

Ok, as suspected, it appears that she talked.

The complaint also states Robinson allegedly took Guillen’s body to a “remote site in Bell County,” and had Aguilar help him dispose of her body. According to the complaint, Aguilar allegedly recognized the body as belonging to Vanessa Guillen after helping Robinson dispose of her.

She was an E3. PFC.

Yes. Mom specifically used "Sargento" (sgt) in her claims. But that could've easily been misconstrued on Mom's part. Even with the language barrier, VG could've just said someone that's been IN longer than her, did this.

I don't know what to think of it though. A part of me wants to believe it was AR, but because I still have other speculations, I think it may in fact have been someone else.

Of course, CA talked! What did she have to lose -- her lover AR is dead and she needs to save herself with whatever version best protects herself.

Vanessa Guillen killed with hammer and her body mutilated, affidavit says

"A witness said that Guillen originally left the arms room where she was working to visit the arms room at another location on Fort Hood, the one under the control of Robinson, to confirm serial numbers for weapons and equipment. Witnesses verified that Guillen let the arms room without her Army identification car, bankcard, car keys and barrack keys."

So the murder happened in the arms room AR worked in, not the one VG worked in. Like @Texas68W explained the arms rooms would be close to each other which may be why VG left her belongings behind because she expected to walk down there and come right back.

And how did these same people NOT think it was strange that she didn't come back? How was it okay for her to not come back, and everyone go home knowing her belongings there?
