There was a kidnapping and murder of a retired bank president in Reddell, La in 1983 I believe. Aubrey Lahaye was the victim's name. A Bolfa I believe was convicted. Anyway, the body was tied to two tire rims but came out floating in a bayou. Interestingly Reddell is where Lavergne's first...

Channel 3 had an interview with her sister and she seemed completely in the dark as to what was going on. She seemed to only know what we know. If she knew more I doubt she would have given the interview.

Don't think that was a warrant. That appears his address status verified. Maybe the cops checked up on his on that day.

Means he was convicted in the 13th JDC which is Evangeline Parish and is adjacent to where he lives now. Must be the aggravated sexual battery. And he lost his appeals.

We had BETTER find that this guy was interviewed right away. A registered sex offender with a Chevy white truck. We talked about this weeks ago. In this IT age there is no excuse. None. zippo. Nada.

I'm actually partly agreeing with you. I think LE has IDed the truck or could with the public's help, if they released more photos or even released footage. But they don't. That either means the DWT isn't involved or like you said, they're trying to build a case. However I dont think the latter...

It's a given LE has more angles of the DWT they haven't released. And they don't seem to be that concerned about finding it or else they would have released more and would be talking about it. It's one of the only things we have so we focus on it but I suspect LE's only interest in it is as a...

If those images are what you suggest, LE would have more and would know that this was in fact what happened. I don't believe they would keep this from the public.

It's beyond easy for someone who knows this. I don't think the average person understands IP addresses.

You may have just scared our perp away!:what: J/K. I just see the perp possibly reading but not getting involved with social media. But wonder if LE and FB or WS have ever traced IP addresses to investigate this in this or any case?

The chance that this was a hit and run or human trafficking IMO is slim to none.. As to hit and run, it's called hit and run for a reason. The perp runs. He doesn't pick up his victim and he certainly doesn't pick up the bike. And if he's drunk, he certainly would not leave the area free of all...

I didn't know they went to the TB on Congress. JC why didn't he just drive down the same damn street after getting te food and drop her at her house?! She could have picked up the bike the next day!

I only remembered DTL and WB after MS' bike was found there. The perp in this case either had a fascination with DTL and or serial murders or he's from the area and has been there before. I've been to WB at night and the path that leads under the bridge is very dark and I don't think someone...

The problem with local news is reporters have to put out stories every day. If they spend more time on one story, they miss their quota. So instead every day we get stories about every fender bender in a 50 mile radius and every trash can fire. It's why I don't watch or read local news.
