Okay, so they want to do a second autopsy. The first one found no trauma. The defense has a problem with this??

The defense has a problem with Dr. G ruling it a homicide by unknown origins. They want their Forensic Specialists to have an opportunity to come up with a different finding, such as accidental death.

Nope, they want to do a second autopsy so they can prove that she died of emphysema, because it is a well documented fact that Caylee was a heavy chain smoker.

All Baez is doing is laying the groundwork for his appeal of the inevitable conviction.
Their best hope is to overturn it and force another trial.

sometimes we can get too close to something. if one objectively goes back and reviews all that has happened there is no "reasonable doubt" in this case.

There is nothing for them to test. They have to look at bones!!! He just wants their reports.....AGAIN. I have heard that getting the remains back takes weeks or longer in this kind of case...Boy, BJ just keeps pushing, pushing. I am soooo sick of this noid. What a piece of #$%%!:banghead:

When my BIL was murdered and he was in autopsy (which took much longer then this case) we had a memorial with all the family and friends. The funeral was much later when the remains were released and it was private.

He's using the A's as his excuse! Tell it to BC. Let him do the pleading. I can see why BJ is crazy over his client, "Birds of a feather" you know.

I have said and screamed from day 1....the biggest detriment to this case if kc's attorney.
