GUILTY CO - Linda Damm Juergens, 52, stabbed to death, Lafayette, 27 Jan 2007

Why is that some teens seems to think that killing someone, is the way to solve their problems. How does it get to that.

Boy, I don't know but it doesn't seem to be just teens now days. It is people of every age that think that is the answer to every problem...just kill them.
It's pretty scary and is happening everyday everywhere.

Do you think anyone will ever make a lifetime movie from this story?

Guy will serve six months in a jail work-release program, six months of electronic home monitoring and three years of probation. The sentence, which spared Guy, 19, any prison time for his conviction for tampering with evidence, came after Guy's attorney pleaded for mercy for his client and Boulder District Court Judge James Klein instead responded with outrage.

"I think he played a major part in prolonging a horrendous, horrific event," Klein said. "The fact of the matter is a month went by, and Linda Damm's body sat in the back of a Subaru. And Mr. Guy knew it"...

Another teen, Jared Smith, pleaded guilty in April to juvenile charges of being an accessory to the crime and is serving a two-year sentence in the Department of Youth Corrections.

From May 2008:

Tess Damm, 16, will serve five years in a youth correctional facility before being transferred to an adult prison to serve 18 years for the stabbing death last year.

Damm's boyfriend, 18-year-old Bryan Grove, stabbed Linda Damm 18 times. He is serving 40 years in prison...

She entered her guilty plea as a juvenile in Boulder District Court to second-degree murder and to being an "aggravated juvenile offender." Damm also pleaded guilty as an adult to a charge of solicitation to commit second-degree murder.
