Caller: SY says all of the drop offs with KLT were through you.
MTY: SY allowed KLT to go with Relisha for over a year. Goes into the breakfast story. Mr. Tatum called the kids his great-nieces -nephews & SY his niece to his co-workers. States she doesn't know all of her family on SY's father's side, "just a select few."
Caller: why do you refer to him as Mr. Tatum, even the adults?
MTY: well, that's how he was introduced to me by SY - without a 1st name. Didn't find out his 1st name until he was on the news. That how I was raised since he's 6 years older than me my Mom taught me to "put a handle on it."

omg. This not something we can sleuth but possible relationship between tatum and bio father??? Could there have been unauthorized visits?
WAY OUT THERE SPECULATION!!! SORRY the thought popped in my head and fell out. Totally based only on hearsay from teh caller on this show who said Tatum described himself to others as great uncle to Relisha and her brother (singular?)

I kind of understand why they just called him Mr. Tatum… it's a cultural respect thing. My daughter-of-the-heart is in her 20's and she and her family still call me Miss Elphaba, even though I have been around them for years and taken her to Disney World and Hawaii with my daughter.

I was thinking the same thing! Why explain all that blah, blah, blah, about SY's father's side of the family just to say KLT not related??
I don't think it is strange that they referred to him as "Mr. Tatum". Sadly, these people just didn't know him. They didn't ask him any questions to get to know him.
Can someone ask more questions about the people that Melissa would see in the car when Tatum dropped off Relisha.

So Melissa lied in the about shamika doing drugs. You guys remember when she said shamika wouldn't even drink? Smh

The use of Mr., Mrs., or Miss is old school for children and adults to refer to those who are younger than themselves to use with elders, when they have known that person for a long time or their family has. They usually do not use the last name but put it with the first name.
Mr. Tom Jones = Mr. Tom
Mrs. Hazel Smith = Mrs. Hazel
Miss. Ruth Price = Miss. Ruth
The use of the last name would mean that there has not been any kind former relationship or connection.

GT's heart failed, he hit a tree. SY's leg got split open. Someone lost a tooth, and another had a seizure. Everyone sued except MTY. SY was reluctant, because she thought she was suing MTY directly, but the payout was from the insurance company. GT has t been paid yet. Insurance Company: Roadway @ Nellie Road by Sam's Car wash (office location).
Denies taking Relisha to Doctor 2/26. Took her to ER 2/10 on the 96 Bus (I think I got that date right)
