I get a strange vibe with this case. Despite what her mom had said there didn't seem to be anything indicating an imminent break up. Probably just overthinking it.
 
I'm not really sure of Heavan or Heaven, as the spelling. In the Facebook posts from her family it was spelled Heavan, but in the media it's Heaven. I hope we find answers soon as to where the couple is.

I too got a strange vibe from the first time I heard the couple was missing on Facebook. That is why I brought it here.

According to above media link, they both worked at Jimmy John's sandwich shop until they recently quit.

THEY recently quit? I wish there weren’t so many different stories out there. If people were worried because she didn’t show up for work, apparently she was still working there and hasn’t quit. I read in another article that he quit months ago.

My understanding is like yours. She was still working at the Jimmy John's and he no longer was working there. At the same time you have her mother say that Heavan was going to move in with her father in Anderson so I would assume that she wasn't long for that job either.

Both of them were members of the Democratic Socialists of America and people from that group have posted up the missing info. That seemed to be the other thing they had been involved with together.

I know both Jeremy and Heavan very well and they are two of the kindest gentlest people I have ever met. He would never have said anything like that about her. They both love each other very much and there was no evidence of an imminent breakup or her moving back in with her dad in Anderson.

I feel very bad for Rene and what she must be going through<modsnip>.

That is what I had noted - that there was no indication of an imminent breakup. That doesn't mean that there wasn't something up or that there wasn't someone else in the picture. That all said, would you consider becoming a verified insider? There is a process for doing so at this link here:

Well, this post makes me hopeful that these kids simply did run off to escape unhappy lives. It does happen, I just hope they are okay and let someone know, if that is what happened to them.
And YES! Please consider becoming a verified insider here. I am sorry this has happened to your friends.
 
Well I hope for a good out-come. I don't understand dissapearing and leaving your car behind. It seems the couple has many friends, if they did just leave hopefully they will let someone know they are ok.
 
Here is the article: Ruiz said her daughter worked at a Jimmy Johns restaurant in Broad Ripple. Henderson said Danowski worked at the same Jimmy Johns until he quit about five months ago.

Henderson said Danowski&#8217;s father visited the Indianapolis gun shop and confirmed the young man bought a handgun there last Thursday.

Danowski made a comment during the Thanksgiving holiday indicating he knew Heaven wanted to separate, Ruiz said. &#8220;If I can&#8217;t have Heaven, no one can have her,&#8221; he allegedly said, according to Ruiz.

All of Heavan's bags were still in her apartment.

Those of us who know Ruiz in the Lapel area (she was a resident here for several years) knows that she is an unreliable source due to her drug abuse history and her many jail sentences. She and her daughter did not always have the best relationship. Also the claim that he "allegedly" made the statement is really poor journalism in my opinion as it is just trying to add more drama to the story. There is no way to verify that quote. Lastly, check with Lapel PD and Madison county Sheriff's department as both have stated that there is no evidence of any foul play.
 
Has anyone heard any updates? I am feeling sad for their families this morning. The waiting and wondering must be horrible.
