Too much garbage to have one of his flunkies like Smich haul it away for nothing? Where is the evidence that DM inquired about garbage to haul away and everyone said no?

And a barrel shape tube is gonna hold irregular size garbage? I have enough problems pushing a garbage bag into my own bin at home. LOL GMAB

Looking at the home made incinerator from several different angles. Schlatman calls it a "garbage" incinerator every time. #LauraBabcock

In May 30, 2012 text message #Millard says incinerator doesn't work well enough yet but he's drawing up air ingress modifications for the prototype, he says. Wants to tow it on a trailer. Schlatman doesn't think he ever got the modifications. #LauraBabcock

Millard had many trailers, Schlatman says. He never put the "garbage incinerator" on a trailer, he says. #LauraBabcock

Funny how SS is referring to it as a "garbage incinerator" now, when he doesn't in his texts, AFAIK.

he is helping his pal DM

Another text from June 7, 2012:

Millard: "will incinerator be finished today?"

Schlatman never answered the text, but it's possible they had a phone conversation about it or talked about it in person.

Funny how its a garbage incinerator until he calls the ELIMINATOR dealer, then it becomes a farm animal incinerator. Which is it Shayne?

Schlatman didn't remember modifying the incinerator but after reviewing further text messages he recalls adding handles to the big, unwieldy machine. "Probably had to weigh, couple, three hundred pounds," Schlatman says.

June 8, 2012, Schlatman and #Millard are still talking about whether the incinerator is "up to snuff," after his modifications. Often we don't see an answer to text questions. Schlatman says he and Millard sometimes talked on the phone or in person. #LauraBabcock

Schlatman doesn't remember the last time he saw the garbage incinerator. It was at the hangar in Waterloo, though, green like we saw it in the photo he took. #LauraBabcock

Yeah, and the reason for eliminator to be mobile is for it to be moved farm to farm, burning animal bodies instead of garbage.

Crown Lockhart asks Schlatman about the last time he saw this homemade incinerator.

He says it's hard to remember, but likely early June 2012. It was at the hangar in Waterloo, On. and to him, it was in good condition.

Lockhart now pulls up a photo of a rusted barrel outside Millard's farm.

Schlatman says, "That's the bottom section of the incinerator we've been talking about."

@HefCHCHNews
Now looking at the rusted version of the bottom of the incinerator, with feet, that was seized by police from #Millard's farm. Schlatman remembers now the incinerator was built in two pieces that fit together. Schlatman has never seen this photo, or the "very rusty" condition

Pickup service was available, even for bulky or commercial items, but it would go to the local sorting centre. Was this the problem? Was there garbage that might not be accepted at the sorting centre, or might land the police on his door step?

Never a problem. The garbage story is BS. Only garbage Millard produced was Chunky Soup cans and Goldfish cracker crumbs.

Lockhart now shows photos from inside the garage at Millard's farm. There is the top section of the homemade incinerator. It's leaning against the wall, and no longer green.

"Have you ever seen the incinerator in this condition?" Lockhart asks.

Schlatman responds, "No. One piece looks very nice, the rest is very rusty."

There is also an added blue section to one of the green barrels that Schlatman assembled at the hangar. He says it's possible he added the blue piece, but he can't say for sure.

Schlatman recognizes the inside of the barn from a police photo. Crown is pointing out "what looks to me like the top part of the incinerator," Schlatman says. He's never seen this photo, or the condition of the incinerator like this.

Lisa Hepfner‏
@HefCHCHNews
One piece of the incinerator is bright blue, the rest is rusted; Schlatman doesn't remember if he put the blue piece on. After review of photo he took he agrees he didn't attach the blue drum on the incinerator.

Court break. Back in 20mins. #LauraBabcock

And lets not forget,, he had a homemade incinerator and a top of the line commercial incinerator at his disposal, and yet LE still found a couple places on the farm where he burned his “garbage” bonfire-style. Apparently this whole “garbage” incinerator story is GARBAGE.

Crown Lockhart calls for the morning recess. We'll be back in 20 minutes.

I can't post tweets after coffee break, so if someone could take over posting Lisa Hepfner's tweets, that would be great.

Hypothetical cross examination of Shaner: thank you for remembering the garbage incinerator story, did you get the check from my mom?
