Jeannette Millbrooks bears a slight resemblance to the Jane Doe. I dislike how the NCMEC recon is in black and white and gives her the appearence of being fair-skinned.

I forgot to update everyone. I e-mailed the LE about Taranika Raymond and she has been ruled out for this jane doe. Jeannette looks like she could be a possibility.

So I googled Amanda Sophia Bartlett who went missing in the spring of 1996 and a picture came up which I thought look similar to this Jane Doe. I cant seem to find the image under anything else so I hope its the same girl.

The clothing and the teddy bear watch made me think this girl was rather young. Then there's the smoking and her STD which not necessarily indicative of age, at least in my mind would push her age up the scale a bit.

There have been a few cases where missing women wore clothes that seemed to me to be age-inappropriate. I wonder if this gal had any sort of developmental disability.

I put all of the photos together along with the old sketch.

I noticed that NamUs ruled out two white females. I know it lists her as possibly bi-racial but personally I think that Jeanie Lofton looks like this Jane Doe. Its hard to tell because sketches were only released. She also would have been slightly older and a little bit taller and weighed less. I just thought id mention her.
