Charlotte Loomis went missing in 1972. This doe was found in December 71.
I would recommend @othram to take on this case. they are incredible!Hoping someone picks up her case soon!
first thing that comes to my mind is a victim of the late Robert Zarinsky, but I would think that the missing girls would have been at the top of the list for possible matches.

Also, she was found right off the Garden State Parkway so could have come from NY, CT, MA, etc but dumped there and the key in her pocket could have been planted there as a clue by a perp. If it was planted, then maybe the perp was serial?
Her case is still coming up for me: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)Anyone know why UP5221 has been removed from NamUS website? It was a case I was tracking and I submitted a tip for but now I can no longer see it.
Weird I tried searching again and it still said no results but a second try it loadedHer case is still coming up for me: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
@Caring1 1 could you post the list of NamUs exclusions for this Jane Doe? I would appreciate
